Shock coursed through his veins as an all-too-familiar pelt raced toward him and then somersaulted over him. Pantherstrike stared at the tripped up cat with disbelief. "Moonshadow?" he meowed, not sure whether to believe the image he was receiving or not. She had been gone for moons and now she was just back? He scoffed with disbelief and stared at his mate, his head hazed with confusion and hope, and his heart filled with hurt.

Moonshadow looked up at him, a weary look in her gaze but hope and relief burning in her heart. Her frame was now all tough muscle, with new scars lacing her flanks. She got back to her paws, tears of joy filling her eyes. I'm home. "Pantherstrike..." she murmured taking a hesitant step towards him.
-
His eyes narrowed as she took a step forward. "You're not real," his hissed softly, taking a step back. "You can't be real." Pantherstrike shook his head and took one last look at Moonshadow before racing away from her. He cried as he sped through the forest, his mind racing. She is gone, never coming back, you're seeing things.. idiot.
-
"Pantherstrike!" she cried, his words hitting home. She felt her heart tear as she reached out her paw towards him, tears dripping down her cheeks. "Panther..."
-
Rainwolf's ears pricked up. She was then barreled over, again, by a speeding Pantherstrike. "What the hey...?! Dude, get off of me!" she snapped. She was angry too, she had been missing Applepaw.
-
Applepaw sighed, his pelt mangy from the lack of light as he paced around in the small den the rogues were keeping him in. His tail flicked back and forth irritably as he walked, eyes narrowed. Rain or Moon or Panther will come and get me. They will. he told himself over and over, still pacing.

OOC: Honestly I'm just trying to come up with an excuse here ehehe.
Moonshadow stood, frozen, her body taut and her eyes drained. She slowly began to pad after him, her legs shaking.
-
Icepaw heard a commotion in the forest. She began to race towards the sound, her worry and confusion lending her paws swiftness. Her heart was still aching from Applepaw, and but she didn't let that show. She was still clinging to the hope that he was still alive. Somewhere.....
She finally slowed to a halt, right in front of Rainwolf and Pantherstrike. "Rainwolf, you're back!!!" she yipped with joy, then turned to Pantherstrike, who looked as if he'd seen a ghost. "What happened??" she asked, worry flooding through her veins as she looked the tom cat up and down. She closed her eyes for a moment, trying to not let it show.
OOC: I have TCAP testing tomorrow....

-
"Maybe you should watch where you're going!" he hissed in return, anger flaring in his eyes. Angry at himself, at Rainwolf, angry at the world. Pantherstrike growled and then fled again, running to nowhere in specific. Running from himself.
-
OOC: I have it Tues, Wed, Thurs next week and had it the same last week ehehe its not so bad
IC: Moonshadow stopped, her matted fur hanging in clumps. Maybe they... maybe they don't want me here anymore. Maybe they just... just... she hung her head, unable to even finish the thought.
-
OOC: My schedual, i think, is Monday and Tuesday this week, and then, part of next week.
IC: Icepaw watched Pantherstrike run off, again. Do you think, maybe, he actually hadn't seen a ghost. Is there a possibility that he had just seen Applepaw.... she thought, her mind slowly proccessing the facts, Or... Moonshadow??? Hope flooded through her. Maybe they were still alive. Maybe they were coming home... Maybe... Just maybe....
-
Moonshadow let herself crumple to the ground. "Panther... Rain..." she whispered desolately. "Rain...?" she mumbled, forcing herself to get back up and walk forwards again.
-
He stopped running when he reached the edge of SnowClan's vast expanse of territory. The tom drew in a deep breath and screamed a pained scream as loud as he could. He was losing his mind. "I should just leave," he croaked to himself, looking at the unknown land that lay before him.
-
Moonshadow heard the scream and felt as if her soul was tearing. She took a few more steps forward, coming into the clearing with Rain and Icepaw. She froze again, her blue eyes filled with hope. "Rainpaw...? Icepaw...?
-
Icepaw turned in the direction that Pantherstrike was running away from. I might as well go see. she thought, adding, My questions won't be answered if I don't check. It'll just be a mystery if I don't. And with that, she slowly plodded in the opposite direction of where Pantherstrike had just left a trail through the undergrowth. She walked forward, towards where Moonshadow was, slowly letting the undergrowth close in around her...
-
Moonshadow barreled towards the apprentice, pausing just before she crashed into the two she-cats. "Rainpaw! Icepaw!"
-
Rainwolf couldn't speak. "Moon...?! You're... You're dead!!"
-
Moonshadow offered a weak smile, stepping towards her apprentice and pressing her muzzle against hers. "Rain, I..."
-
"Moonshadow!!" she covered her in rapid licks.
