Ashclan! ~ The Clan that has risen from the ashes! [RP Thread]

    Shadepelt nodded, sprinting off into the wilderness. He felt grass against his paws and he shuddered. How can normal cats like this? It's so open if one isn't careful. At least in Ashclan we're hidden.

    Dieheart scents the air, "There's some burrdock over there!" she describes it to Snowpaw and says that some Tansy is there too and she goes to get them, leaving the warrior and MC alone

    Shadepilt tilted his head, "Why are you being so snappy, Dieheart?" The tom was genuine and kind, his eyes confused.

    His eyes softened. "Why are you scared??" He padded closer to her, "There's no need to be scared. Cinderstar's a fine leader and the Ancestor's will always be with us." He looked behind them. "Even if we're not near them.."

    "There's trouble coming and I can feel it, because I'm afraid Puddlepaw'll freeze up when she's really needed, because I'm scared something'll happen to you and I won't have the right herbs"

    He was surprised when she said she was worried about him. "Me?" He looked at her. "I'm sure Puddlepaw will do fine. She has the makings of a great medicine cat."

    "And what if she doesn't have the right herbs?" she asks with great concern for her clan, turning around she starts to pace, "We should all gather what we think is herbs and meet back here, then I'll pick out the real herbs and give them to Snowpaw to take straight back to camp."

    Shadepelt looked at the worrying Medicine Cat. "There's a tale about our camp," Shadepelt began, though he knew Dieheart had heard since her days in the nursery, "about a large white tom named Frozenpelt and an auburn tom named Scarheart. They were best friends and traveled together everywhere and settled down in our forest, when it was lush and full of life. More cats joined them and they lived in the trees, making them amazing tree climbers. But one day wildfire struck," Shadepelt's eyes glowed for a second, "and the whole forest burned down. That fire took Scarheart from Frozenpelt. The Clan was founded when the cats realized they needed to work together to survive. They needed to be one. Frozenpelt became Frozenstar and founded Ashclan as memorial to his best friend, who was part of the ashes."


    Shadepelt cleared his throat, "Frozenstar and the rest of the Clan dug out the tunnels, along with the underground camp so that a wildfire could never destroy them again. Years passed by and they realized there was little to no greencoughs or any flu thanks to the warmth the dirt around them radiated. The snow can't even touch us down there."


    Shadepelt flicked his ears, he smiled at the medicine cat. "Frozenstar knew, somehow, and Cinderstar knows now. At most, you'll be treating scars."

    Shadepelt flicked his ear, "Just remember. There's a reason we're underground." He leaped away, searching for herbs.

    She curses to herslef quietly before racing after him, she ends up colliding with him. The two tumble before coming to a stop with him on her.

    Shadepelt's eyes widened for a second, speechless. "I-I-I'm sorry!" He backed up off her, growing embarrassed.
