Marshpaw thought of a way to get around the cats. Well, this is a stupid idea but it's the only one I got. Marshpaw ran from tree to tree in his territory making sure that he wasn't seen until he was so far away from the spot that he couldn't see them anymore. Then he ran straight into TC land. Man, I'm dumb. He thought but he still ran on until he reached the camp. He climbed a tree and looked over and saw Nightmist.

Nightmist slashed the dirt.

Marshpaw was confuzed at what she was doing but quickly made sence of it. She's trying to dig out of the camp... He thought. Then he realized that it would take way too long. Before he knew it, he jumped right off the tree into the camp, where the guards were waiting. ''Darktail! Take me! Not Nightmist.'' He said.

Nightmist pricked her ears. Marshpaw! Nightmist yowled, "It would be better if they took me!"

Marshpaw flicked his tail. ''Why?'' He shot a dangerous glance at the guards who were circling them.

She hesitated. "You have a life ahead of you. I'm a warrior." She looked at her paws.

Marshpaw looked at her disbeleivingly. '' You haven't even hardly started your future! A young, pretty cat doesn't come along every day. I, I would fight to the end. And I'm sure you would to, but, they want me. I'll get home, promise.'' Marshpaw lifted his chin and smiled. ''I'll be alright.''

Nightmist nodded. She looked up, waiting to see ThunderClan's reaction.

Darktail stood there for a long time. After a few minutes she slowly started to laugh "how cute, risking your life for the one you love!" she laughed again. "Its true your the one we want, because your the one that was supposed to be here the whole time." Darktails face quickly went from laughing to no emotion at all "push Marshpaw in the whole and help Nightmist out" she quickly ordered.

Nightmist was worried for Marshpaw. She was helped to climb out of the hole. "Marshpaw, you don't know what you're doing," she mewed quickly.

Marshpaw squeezed his eyes shut and gave a tini nod. ''Yes, your right. I don't know. But I'll figure it out.'' Marshpaw glared at Darktail then winked at Nightmist as they led her out of the camp. He sighed and looked back at Darktail in the hole.

Marshpaw layed down in the hole and said, ''Well, Darktail, what are you going to do to me?''
