Kimi's eyelids fluttered before she opened her eyes. She let out a soft whimper.

"Hey, Kimi," he said in a soothing whisper. "Shh, your okay," he reassured.

She looked at him, blinking a couple of times. "Who're you?"she asked in a quiet voice.

He blinked. "Oh, sh*t!" he cursed, burrowing his face in the palm of his hand. "Please, tell me your joking." he said, looking up at her.

She shook her head. "Are you okay?"

"You can't remember." he mumbled to himself.

"Should I?"she asked.

"Yes!" he said in a shout, jumping out of his seat. "Sorry," he said, sitting back down. "Sorry, I didn't mean to shout."

She jumped slightly when he shouted. "It's okay,"she replied, quietly.

"Do you know who I am?" he asked her softly.

Frowning, she shook her head. "I'm sorry,"she replied, quietly.

"It's me, Jess. Your boyfriend." she said softly, putting his hand on top of hers.
