Hey, I was just wondering if I'm allowed to "advertise" another website through private messages. And I don't mean the spamming, "message ALL the roleplayers" kind of advertising, but ask one or two people who I genuinely enjoy roleplaying with. I wouldn't think this would be a problem (like I said, not spamming) but I just thought I'd make sure first. :)

This is kinda a tough one, so I'd play it on the careful side. Maybe first ask them if they'd be interested in/are looking to join "This kind of website," and then ask them specifically to join if they express interest.
