    Ever seen those Whovian meme's? the ones that start with "You know you're a Whovian when......"


    yeah, if you are a Whovian, you're probably seen at least one. So, recently, while my mind has been abuzz with Doctor Who thoughts (and dreams. Yes. Dreams.) During a moment when I was tapping out a four beat 'drumbeat' (long-time Whovians know what I mean), I was considering making a thread for this. So I was like Fantasic! Allon-sy! So here I am now, making it. And so here you are now, reading it!


    Lets begin with a few 'rules', so to speak. I'm shooting to make 9 rules, because the ninth Doctor is my favorite.
