I honestly wasn't sure what her reaction would be...But she seemed shocked, which would be the obvious first reaction.
But then she came up and hugged me. I certainly hadn't been expecting that. My eyes then widened when white wings, speckled with black, spread from her back. "Wow." I mouthed as she stepped away from me. This was...This was great! There was someone else around here like me! I could hardly believe this.
After a moment of smiling like a dork, I finally said something...Well, signed something. 'Do you want to fly with me?'

<Ever>
Since she didn't do the shaking of hands, I reached out and grabbed her hand, shaking it for her. I dropped her hand and looked her over, my mind quickly calculating data to come to the correct conclusion. The tail. The stripes that had peeked out when I had grabbed her hand, which had made her sleeve slide up just enough for me to see it.
I smiled. "Nice to do the meeting with you, Iris! I have some friends you should do the meeting with. Would you like to?" Before she can answer, I remember the tea.
"Ah!" I clap my hands together. "I need to get some more tea first. Journey to the station of gas and provisions with me?" I grab her hand and tug her along.Jasper
Oh, she read the blog? I let out a breath of relief that sounded more like a sigh. Good. If she read the blog then maybe this wouldn't be so shocking or confusing to her. Maybe, we could even keep her quiet about-
"The Raven," Jay says, sidling up to her and putting his arm on her head like an armrest. They really needed to break the habit of using people as armrests.
"Siri Corvo," Wren did the same as Jay, resting his arm on her head on the other side.
"[shadow=red,left]The Riven Raven, right?[/shadow]"
I turned to stare at them, confused. "Wait, what..?"
The twins shook their heads, sighing like I was an idiot who just didn't understand.
"Siri Corvo comments," Wren said, and I nodded. I knew that, 'Siri Corvo' was someone who commented at least somewhat regularly, compared to a lot of people.
"Siri Corvo means 'the riven raven' in Filipino and Galician," Jay explained. I raised an eyebrow.
"When did you two learn Filipino and Galician?" I asked.
They shrugged. "[shadow=red, left]We were bored.[/shadow]" Well, that explained a lot. Those twins did all kinds of weird things when they were bored. I never trusted them when they were bored, because you never knew what they might do when left up to their own devices.
"This girl is known as The Raven," Wren said. "If she reads the blog and comments, then it would make sense if she were Siri Corvo, or, the riven raven."
Ohhhhh. That's where they were going with that.
"Anyway," they continue, focusing on the girl, The Raven, whatever, once more. "You're a mutant, right?"
Huh?
HUH?
Wait, she's a mutant? How- what- How did they figure that out?
And on a completely different note...where the heck was Ever?OOC: ASDFGHJKL. I feel like I'm leaving Nova out. Sorry!
I'll figure something out, just be patient with me! -
Nova
Still listening and watching, I lower myself to the ground and move closer in a cat-like fashion. I finally reach the door and see a very slight crack in it, which I peer inside from. I can see the fuzzy outlines of people. Once my cat-like eyes adjust to the darkness, I'm able to make out thier features. They are all much, much older then me. I swallow hard.
(It's okay) -
Iris blinked but trotted along with Ever. "Um, alright," She stuttered. "What's tea?" She questioned curiously. Her brown hair was shiny in the sunlight, and the sun hurt her sensitive feline eyes. "Also is there a way to turn off the light? It hurts my eyes," She whined, flicking her ears up, not caring if this girl knew what she was.

"Tea is a delectable beverage," I answered. "Wait here." I veered into a store next to the station of gas, and returned with a hat, sunglasses, and long coat.
"Wear this. You don't want to be attracting the eye attention." I reached up and plopped the hat on her head before handing her the long coat that would hide her tail and the sunglasses for the sun.
"Those glasses shade the sun, wear them."
Iris looked in the cognito. Then, I continued on, pushing open the glass door to the station of gas, heading for the tea bags.
"I am guessing that you will enjoy tea." -
Iris smiled genuinely as she put the things on. "Thanks," She murmured softly, following her into the store. "So uh, are you a mutant too?" she asked as she poked the tea bags curiously with a claw.

I got three words for you, Demetri. Don't. Care.
I sipped some of my mocha and took a bite from my third chocolate chip muffin. 'What is this all about?' I said clicking a link to a blog. I started scrolling through page after page reading every word and I swear if I wasn't in a crowded Internet Cafe I would have spread out my impressive black wings and do a little happy dance. There were others like myself! I couldn't believe it, I had felt so alone for soooo long it wasn't even funny. Oh abut me mentioning I had wings....that was true, the wings of black eagle, the strength of a mountain lion, and the sheer ferocity of a honey badger. In other words if I wanted to I could kick your butt and leave you wondering what just happened? 'How far away is this place?' I thought typing in the schools location into Google. 'Geezum! That's a three day flight! Uggghh I hate long flights....' I thought. But I felt like I needed to go! No I had to go! I was going to find others like me NO matter what. I was already planning about what time I should start flying. -
(Go Philipines!)
Madeline nodded, leaping high into the air. Her wings snapped out and she pushed down, flying higher, heart soaring(no pun intended). The air rushed past her face, hair being blown away. She flew lower and slower, finding a draft and gliding steadly. The sun shone on her face as if she were an angel.
She felt free. As if the problems were gone. Only her being able to fly away to live in a paradise where nothing was wrong. Her voice sang loud and clear, singing Home by Philip Phillips. It made her heart feel light. -
OOC: Oh gosh, that picture agaaaaiiin O.O *stares* It's....so....beautiful.... And distracting. So very distracting. OuO It's a nice kind of distracting, thought. Very nice.

"You're welcome." I walked my fingers along the boxes until I saw some Japanese green herbal tea; the kind I usually bought. I pulled it from the shelf, smiling for no reason except I think smiles are nice. "A mutant..." I say thoughtfully. "Well, somewhat of one. I have the bird wings like my friends. But I am also an organic robot; a human android. Not completely robotics though; I am part of homo sapiens as well." I sat the box on the counter, let the checkout man put it through the beeping red light, and then put a few green papers on the counter - money - and took the box and change.
"Shall we take the travel to the shack? My friends will be joyed to see a new friend." -
I smiled a little bit as the girl jumped into the air and flew up through the trees and into the open sky. I was close on her heels, wings pumping strongly so I could gain altitude. My wings were those of a falcon...A peregrine falcon. They were made for flying to high altitudes and then diving at insane speeds...It made sense that I was the same way, but I wasn't going to do any crazy diving right now...I just wanted to fly with my new friend.
I dipped down slightly so I was on a warm air current near Zarie, still smiling. -
Iris nodded and followed her, "Sure, I guess." She said, not sure how Ever's friends would react to herself. "What if, like, they attack me?" She asked awkwardly.
-
<Ever>
I shook my head. "Jasper has a scary glare but she is really very caring. Wren and Jay do lots of fooling and pulling of legs, but they are nice." I grinned at Iris reassuringly. "They will like you, I am sure." I continued walking, past the school, singing 'Daisy Bell' softly.
"Daisy, daisy, give me your answer do. I'm so crazy all for the love of you," I broke off and continued the song, this time, humming. -
[img width=510 height=286]http://www.wallsave.com/wallpa…d-black-suit-hi-94348.jpg[/img](GO SAKURA)

She smiled back at him. Her wings tilted until she tapped him gently. A smile spread onto her face as she dived down under before looping back up. Madeline laughed, turning in a spin. "What would happen if someone sees us?" She signed, feeling rather nervous.
(Not a real charri)
A girl watched those shadows to big to be birds. They were shaped as humans. Gaping, she took a picture, smiling. After a while, she plugged the camera into a computer and sent in the picture to someones blog. 'I found this near your school. Please check it out!' She typed and clicked send. -
OOC: Oh-ho! I see what you did there >.> Haha, nice Catch, very nice. XD *claps*

(Salamat!*Thank you* It does work though right?)

Nova
I moved much closer to the door, then fell over. I guess I should've listened when the teachers at my school said 'curiousity killed the cat'. I hissed and looked annoyed, arching my back out of cat instinct, then moved so close I could touch it. I peered inside. -
OOC: Yeah yeah, that's fine ^.^
-
Iris smiled. "You have a pretty voice," she commented softly. "And so is your group of friends small, then?"
-
(So....um.....I cant really say anything.....)
-
I tilted my wings ever so slight, moving only a few feathers so I dipped under the girl. The wind blew through my feathers, a lovely feeling. I smiled before moving away from Zarie and flying up, working the kinks out of my wings that had formed due to not using them for so long. I spun a little bit, then executed what I thought was a graceful arc upward.
