    Ooc: This girl who worked for the government saw some plans that she wasn't supposed to see. Now, they've sent gov. agents after her to keep her quiet and/or, most likely kill her. You're character can either be someone with the gov. or just a citizen, but either way, my charrie and your charrie meet and they start to like each other. We'll see what happens from there. :D
