Oakpaw let out a meow. "Wait for me!" she bounded toward the patrol.

Sunpaw smiled and waited for Oakpaw

Midnightsky bounded after the others.

Oakpaw caught up to the others and catutiously glanced around.

"I saw them by the gorge." Said Duskpaw.

"We should check there first." Sunpaw remarks.

Midnightsky gave a small nod of agreement.

Duskpaw padded to the gorge with the others. The fur on his back stood on end, portraying his fear.
he hoped nobody noticed. -
Sunpaw noticed but she didn't say anything. She was scared too. A fox once killed her sibling, Skypaw. Sunpaw shook the thought away and looked ahead

Oakpaw's fear beamed out of her. She shook with fear, her paws quivering with every step.

Sunpaw shivered. She wished she wasn't scared.

Midnightsky padded over to her clanmates' sides and moved into a bit of a crouch, ready to attack the first fox that came into sight.

Duskpaw went into a crouch and flattened his ears against his head ready to leap.

Sunpaw did the same, hoping she wouldn't be torn to shreds.
