This looks like a pretty good resource!
I'd add that red cats and cream cats are always tabbies, and that blue-green eyes are the mink eye color.
Also I'd describe fawn as more of a beige color than "light lilac" but maybe that's just me.
IIRC, yes. Although it's generally called "aqua" for them. I'm not sure if it's a special color that's different from regular blue-green in the same way that Siamese blue is from regular blue, or not. Speaking of which, albino blue should be lighter than Siamese blue, since Siamese is less albino-y than albino (yes, I know, explanation fail).
