    Raven saw his apprentice and smiled."Good morning to you Ember."he called.


    Cylipso yawned,shivering.She squeezed between the small icicles forming at the mouth of the den.As she stepped out and slipped and fell."Ow!"she yelled.

    Patches woke with a start, her patchy fur meant the cold reached her skin, shivering she stood up and walked out of the trainee den. she then went through her daily routine, closing her eyes and letting her powers clear her mind and freeing herself from the terrible pain her mange caused her. Patches then waited for Toka.


    Toka woke slowly, his thick fur fighting out the cold. he then thought of his apperentice Patches. the weak, timid mange worn useless wolf. Toka sighed and stood up onto his sturdy legs and padded out of his den, he sighted Patches and greeted her wearily

    Cylipso sat up and licked her fur back into place,seeing Toka.


    Raven padded over to Ember and asked,"Would you like to hunt today?"

    Zeph was sitting in his den using his abilites to see the others of the pack but when he heard a fae yelp in pain he got up and rushed outside to see Cylispo on the ground "Are you ok?" He asked the Med wolf

    "Just fine Zeph.Thank you"She replied.


    Raven walked over to the Fresh kill pile to see nothing.He sighed and asked,"Who would like to go hunting?"

    Toka looked at Patches, he felt no sorrow for her condition, most of her type would be dead by now. "so... Patches.. you will probably freeze out in this weather... want a day off?" offered Toka seeing an oppotuntity to get away from this disaster of a wolf.


    "Su-Sure!" replied Patches, she wasnt going to refuse thiis offer.

    Raven smiled."Okay then Zeph.Let's go!"he barked and padded out of camp.


    Cylipso watched the ancious wolf go and she starred at Toka.How nice of him to give patches the day off.

    Patches ran back to the trainee den before the rest of her fur froze off


    Toka smiled at his genious pland and suddenly senced someone watching him he turned to Cylipso and smiled at her

    Zeph closed his eyes "Lets see where are......." he turned his head to the right "A half frozen yearling is over there" He told raven "Its a fawn so the two of us should be able to take it down if you want to try"

    Cylipso blushed and went back into her den.


    Raven noded and beagn to stalk.Once close enough he lept and bit it's throat.It died instantly and Raven padded back.

    Raven nodded and ran for camp.Once he arrived he howled,"Food is here!"


    Cylipso was very embarrassed,she was caught looking at Toka!

    Zeph crouched down and wandered forward to see if what he sensed would be a threat he saw an empty log and he closed his eyes there he thought and he slowly stuck his muzzle in and sniffed then he pulled back and looked in to see a dead fox cub "Warren" Zeph said quickly backing off and looked around again "But it might be stale before the snowfall"

    Ember nodded in return. She regained her balance and leapt down, using her power of flight to regain her balance and to slow her fall.

    Raven tossed the fawn to the middle of the camp,so everyone could eat.


    Cylipso stayed in her den,even though food tugged her at the entrance.
