She looked around, curious but frightened. She had lost sight and scent of the patrol she had been with and now she was alone. Her paw snapped a twig and she pressed herself to a willow trunk, her back arched defensively until she realized it was herself who had made the noise. She remained tense for a moment before relaxing herself. She looked around slowly, taking in where she had always considered home. The surroundings were so familiar but nothing was the same without her parents. She let out a long sigh and sat, listening, scenting...Then she smelt something...unfamiliar. Her muscles tightened, ready to escape the threat, if there was one.

  • She hesitated for several moments, hardly daring to breath, then she took a deep breath. There was the scent again. Unfamiliar but not threatening, definitely cat. She heaved a big breath and called out cautiously. "Who are you?" She waited for a reply, listening. Her body shivered with the tension in the air and she could smell her own fear scent. She had no idea where the stranger was.

  • She turned to the direction of the voice and saw his pelt. Her back bristled uneasily, but she forced it flat. "Who are you?" she asked shakily.

  • She watched him come closer and stayed where she was. "Why are you here?" she asked, her body tense. She tried to keep her pelt from ruffling.

  • She relaxed a little. "You expect RiverClan to give a stranger a home?" she asked, bewildered. Does he think he can just stroll in here and do that? she asked inwardly. She shook her thoughts off and focused.

  • She sat and tipped her head and took a deep breath, wondering if she would be able to catch the familiar RiverClan scent on him, but she didnt catch it. She sighed and glanced warily at him. "Okay...I'll take you to camp then, i guess," she mewed uncertainly.

  • Cronos shook his head. "It's understandable. You don't know what I say is true or not." Cronos sat on the bank of the river.

  • She watched him curiously. "Why dont you live in RiverClan if thats where your parents were?" she asked him, keepin an eye on him. She was more curious than frightened now.

  • Cronos looked at the she cat. "The reason being was that my parents like to explore. so they decided to take a leave of absence for a while."

  • She looked at him and tipped her head. "But then, where did they go?" She paused. "Will they be coming back?" she started to walk slowly towards camp, hoping he would follow.

  • Hey can I join?

  • OOC: sure. Cronos is that okay?

IC: Her ears flattened in sorrow. She didnt know how to reply. "..I...Im sorry to hear that." Her own parents ad disappeared. She thought about how she didnt know where they were and looked sadly at her paws. She shook her head to bring herself to reality. "Uhm, do you want to come to camp...?" she asked, figuring that's what his reason was for coming here in the first place.

  • She brightened a little but felt a heavy weight since she thought about her parents. She sighed and pushed her feelings aside, trying to imagine how Cronos felt. Her parents had a hope of still being alive but his parents...were gone. She shivered and tried not to think about it. "Were you born in RiverClan?" she asked, curious about him. She padded beside him.
