"Don't worry." Topazpaw said to Snowkit, "You'll be an apprentice before you know it, and then you'll be allowed to explore!"
-
Snowkit slumped onto the floor
-
(ArachnidsGrip13: Can Silverwing be Topazpaw's mentor?)
Silverwing was glad that she brought Nightwhisper and Gingerskies with her. It made her feel a little safer. She sniffed cautiously on the border, looking for any signs of intruders. Or the assassins. Then again, the assassins had hid their scent well. Silverwing hadn't been able to smell them before they had attacked her and Nightwhisper earlier.
-
Sure. I don't mind!)
Silverwing wasn't in camp. "I guess I don't have a hunting patrol to do." Topazpaw said to herself. She pulled a thrush off the FKP and began to eat it.
-
when Topazpaw wasnt looking, Snowkit snuck out of camp
-
(OOC: Yay, thanks! Silverwing is on a patrol right now. She'll be back shortly.)
Silverwing glanced back at her clanmates and she scented the air. "Do you guys see or smell anything out of the ordinary?"
-
Topazpaw saw a little blur out of the corner of her eye. I hope I wasn't like this when I was a kit she thought to herself as she chased Snowkit. She stood in front of her/him (sorry, Ima newb. ^-^) "No" she said, and locked gazes with Snowkit.
-
Snowkit mewed unhappily, she just wanted a look outside
-
Topazpaw picked Snowkit up by the scruff and smiled. "Don't worry Snowkit, your time will come. I'm only doing this for your sake. When you're as big as a squirrel, the world isn't very safe." She gently laid her down back in camp. "You just have to be patient. Sometimes even the strongest warriors have to wait for the right moment, no matter what they want to do."
-
Snowkit mewed again before sitting on the edge of camp
-
poet a light short haired female cat walked in ner slick form catching many toms eye her brown eyes dark brown and tempting her her dotted with elegant lines of black that made her even more radiant than she should of been her eyes said come and try for me boys and her mouth formed a slight smile making her even more tempting
-
Uh.......

Nightwhisper padded up to Silverwing's side. "They won't attempt another attack, not today. We have to much forewarning. They'll give us probably a half-moon, let us relax before they strike." His breathing was fast like a cornered wolf.
Hey, ArachnidsGrip13, I saw your dragons, you've read the Inheritance series too?! :)
-
I've done more than just read them. I've gotten the Inheritance Almanac, Eragon's guide to Alagaesia, sculpted Saphira and Firnen out of clay (and I have red, black and gold waiting to be used.) And for my last birthday, my cake's design was the cover of all four books.)
-
Silverwing forced herself to relax, "Right." the tabby paused, "I don't see anything out the ordinary." She looked back her patrol, "I no one else sees anything, then I think it is time that we head back to camp."
-
Nightwhisper nodded, then found that he was trembling along the entire length of his body, his tail stirring the dirt in it's frenzied whipping. He shivered and tried to still but he couldn't.
Wow. I love the Inheritance series! I wish I had clay, or I would have totally made them too. Although I wish (Spoiler for those who haven't reads Inheritance)
that the last rider hadn't been Arya. Riders shouldn't have those superhuman strengths or speed. I think they should be normal people, and I wish Chris had said more about the strange woman who Angela told a fortune for, the girl who went with her, and Angela herself. They were some of the most interesting characters, Brom and Murtagh beside. :) :) :) One of my top four favorite series, tied between Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, and Warriors. :) :) :)
-
I'm going to have to debate with you there. Arya being the new rider totally help set the emotion for the end of the book (which made me want to curl up in a corner and cry.) And besides, elves were the ones who started the Riders, making the dragon peace pact after Du Fyrn Skullblaka. (Did I write that right?)
Topazpaw stood by the camp entrance eager for her mentor to return. She wouldn't dare set off alone with those assassins out and about.
-
Silverwing padded back into camp, smiling when she saw her apprentice, "Hello, Topazpaw! How are you?" she asked, sitting beside her.
-
Ah, well... I always knew the Eragon/Arya thing was never going to work. They were just too different, and she was a bit arrogant. And I think you did spell it right. Anyways, don't eat earwax, avoid roasted cabbage, and look on the bright side of life!
Nightwhisper sat on his own tail to stop it from writhing like a snake possessed. He bit his tongue as well to stop the words from spilling out.
-
Yeah, I knew it wasn't going to happen, but I wanted it to. And one year, when I signed yearbooks at school, I wrote 'Dont eat earwax, avoid roasted cabbage, and have a great summer.' Yeah, I love dragons.
"Hi Silverwing! I know you just got back from a patrol, but do you mind if we do some training or something, I've been dying to get out of camp all day. I mean, if you're too tired, I can wait." Topazpaw looked up at Silverwing, her eyes showed longing.
