I shouldnt be here...being a loner and all{open}

    Astra came to the edge of the river, the soft breeze brushed against her sleek grey pelt. She put her head down to take a drink, it tasted cool and good. She kept her watch, being here was the the best place to be, a loner is close to never welcome, but she needed this. She had some issues with other cats, and drifting around clans and tribes would, she hoped, ward them off. She could smell the new season coming, the cold air tickled her nose. She crouched low "Maybe if I stay low, I can rest and be on my way..."

    Elixor noticed the she-cat and was on his paws, heading towards her. The black serval with the white paw and the sparkling slate blue eyes closed the distance between them quickly.

    Astra was taken back and briefly was upset at herself for not noticing this cat. He was to close, she was stuck, run out and get mauled, run in and meet more tribe cats. She didn't want to just sit there and look stupid, so she brought her self up to her full size, and faced the black cat coming at him alittle.

    Astra was surprised at his boldness, "Um Astra, I'm here because I want to live, and not be mauled." she started slowly she eyed this tom, "What is his game?" she thought

    The serval began to circle the she-cat, examining her. "Being mauled isn't a good thing." He mused.

    Her eyes narrowed as she answered him "No its not... but the welcome here isn't much better now is it?" she spun while he circled she didn't want to take her eye off him

    "And why do you say that? I am Elixor, leader of the Tribe of many Storms." The black serval meowed, looking down at her.

    A half smile crossed her face "You are toying with me oh leader, tell me am I not welcome?" she said boldly looking up at him, her whiskers twitched as she stared intently at him, she wasn't going to back down.

    "It all depends." The serval gave a twitch to his ears. "What do you think of the clans."

    Astra raised an eye brow "Well I haven't given them much thought, I go were I need to, if I have to hate them I will, if I have to love them I can, I care about the cats inside." yah cause I have some who want to kill me she thought. "Were I end up I don't plan to leave for a while.." she said honestly she needed to pick some were and stay, but trouble liked to follow her and nip her once and a while.

    "Well that makes all logical sence.." she said trying to bid time so she could maybe get out of here or join, what ever was less deadly.

    "Well, you're on my land, so you have two choices- one is to join and the other is to become a slave." Elixor said.

    At this Astra perked up her ears, that made life simple, "Joining sounds good to me. Whats the initiation?" she said humorously, she wasn't intimidated by this tom, not in the slightest. Her half smirk was on her face and she walked around the tom brushing him with her tail alittle.

    "You'll be kept on watch for the next season or two, surveillance, to make sure you're not a spy, you won't be allowed to leave the territory until your probation is up, and during that time you will train as a to-be and stay in the to-be den." Elixor said.

    Astra sighed, "Alright then, lets do this then." she stretched and looked around, this might be her last moment of complete freedom for a while, but she didn't mind, it would be good for her. Then she looked back at the leader, her new leader.

    ooc: you can join whatever thread you want or anything. He usually takes cats to camp and then goes to do his own stuff elsewhere, after grabbing a random cat to be their tour guide.


    Elixor slipped down the tunnel entrance and waited for her to follow.
