  • Scarlet, a black she-cat with reddish-brown paws and belly, snuck through the dungeon, her tail high in the air so it didn't make a sound, her breathing so shallow, that it appeared as if she weren't breathing at all. She had been let out by an Elite, who was quietly following her.

Drizzle knew she was in danger trying to save Scarlet, but she did it anyway. She felt pity for the young loner, especially since she wasn't even on their territory during her capture, but one of the Elites had caught her off of their territory, just for kicks, lying that she was stealing their prey. She didn't think it was right. She watched out for other Elites, going first around the corners so they didn't think anything of it.

  • Tarantella stood on top of a vacant cage, keeping watch over the Dungeon. She was relatively small and unintimidating as far as looks go, but most of the prisoners knew what the Dragonslayer could do. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught sight of a black tail bobbing through the air. At first Tarantella thought it was just another cat on guard duty, but if that was the case, why were they moving so quietly? The tortoiseshell leapt down from the cage and began silently padding towards Scarlet and Drizzle.

  • Posting on this account for now...

Whyn looked up from her busy scratching in the dirt. What now? The scent of prisoner was horribly close. Not that it was never close before, but the hall had a nice wide girth so she wouldn't have to smell the annoying things. No... This one was far off, and with an Elite cat. But where was the scent of fresh blood? It must be a kit then. Whyn's gut told her no. Plus there was Tarantella's scent... The trainee shook her head. No more dungeon rats for her. Still, she got up from the shaky image of a grow that she was making and creeped around a cage, searching for the source of her unease. Okay, there was Tarantella, and there was... Whyn lowered her head and bite back a growl. Not another one...

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px][size=8]Sola noticed all the cats here, except for the prisoner of course. There was Tarantella and Whyn, neither she spoke with daily.
The Mortem was fairly annoyed at the scent. Realizing that her usual attacks didn't end very well she decided a sneak attack would be better at the moment. She could scent Whyn and Tarantella, and they didn't seem that far away from her. The brown tabby actually wondered where they were and if they knew she was here.
Didn't matter. She was going to teach all these escapees a lesson one day.

  • Scarlet suddenly scented a few guards and ducked behind a corner, Drizzle followed, signaling for her to hide somewhere. Scarlet gladly obeyed and dodged into a corner, still making no noise. She unsheathed her claws in case she was going to be attacked.

  • Tarantella narrowed her eyes as she watched the two cats take cover. There was no doubt about it now - they were breaking the rules, and they knew it. Did these traitors honestly think they could gain anything by smuggling prisoners out of the Dungeon? The Dragonslayer broke into a run and dashed around the corner after them. She went for Drizzle first, aiming to bite deep into her shoulder and tear through as much tissue as possible.

  • Drizzle turned quickly before she got hit, and aimed to claw Tarantella's muzzle. Scarlet took off as soon as she saw Tarantella running towards Drizzle. She was scared, she didn't deserve this, no cat did. Who did the Elites think they were?!

  • "How brave of you, to repay your savior like this," Tarantella mewed coolly to Scarlet as she ran away. Droplets of blood welled up where Drizzle had struck her, staining her tortoiseshell fur. Determined not to let the pain cloud her focus, Tarantella aimed two quick swipes at the traitor's flank.

  • Drizzle knew she was going to die tonight, that or end up seriously injured, doing something risky like this always got you killed, but she would rather die than to watch this happen to all of these cats, she had told Scarlet to run if anything had happened, Scarlet knew that she had to in order to get out alive. She understood that she may die for her freedom, but it's a chance she's willing to take. It's do or die at this point, and she was up for anything but staying in that cage.

Drizzle hissed as one of the blows struck her shoulder. She aimed to shred Tarantella's ear.

ooc: Will it be okay if Scarlet escapes? She's my favorite Character... Maybe only barely makes it out alive? And Drizzle nearly dies, too?

  • [Not my decision to make. All I can say is that Tarantella will try to kill them.]

Tarantella ducked, feeling the rush of air as Drizzle's paw just barely passed over her ear. It was an odd sensation, as if her mind expected to feel pain even though she hadn't been hit. The Dragonslayer aimed to slash across Drizzle's chest, all the way up to the neck. Her intent was to cut through some of the arteries and let her opponent's lifeblood pour out.

  • She felt blood starting to well up on her chest as Tarantella had almost got her, but it didn't reach her arteries or her throat. She gasped, feeling a large amount of pain. She growled again and attempted to claw Tarantella on the eye.

Scarlet was now a long distance away, running as fast as her paws would carry her, almost to the exit.

  • Super Inactive; shun me! :'( BTW, Whyn's pretty young, (Dear Starclan, only six!) so Scarlet has a chance.

"Not so fast!" Whyn streaked after Scarlet in hopes of catching her before she got to the exit. Tarantella could handle herself right now; if a prisoner got away, they would both get it. Besides, Sola was there to help if things got out of hand. The trainee took a flying leap at the prisoner, aiming to latch onto her hindquarters and drag her down.

  • Scarlet fell to the ground unexpectedly, but twisted around and aimed to kick Whyn off of her. She knew this wasn't good.

ooc: It's okay :3 And alright! ^~^ Thank you!

  • Tarantella twisted her head to the side so that Drizzle's blow fell on her cheek. The tortoiseshell drew her paw back and locked her gaze on her opponent's face, as if she were planning to strike there in retaliation. But when the attack came, it was her other paw that came flying forward, going for the flank instead.

  • Drizzle screeched as claws raked her flank. She hissed and aimed to claw her opponent's chest and neck.

Her health is now getting a bit lower, it's down to about 65%.. and she's getting tired... She might consider retreating, now.

  • Whyn had expected her leap to hit, but she surely wasn't expecting the prisoner to fight back. At least, not with that amount of force. The tooth rattling blow hit the trainee squarely in the chin, sending her flying back a couple of tail lengths. Whyn rolled to her feet and, though she was a little winded, ran to attack Scarlet again. I think I bit my tongue. Whyn pushed that thought away as she pounced for the escaped prisoner again, this time aiming a swift blow across her spine as well as a harsh bite to the scruff. Whyn hadn't let a prisoner escape yet, and she wasn't about to start.

  • Scarlet jumped out of the way of the claw to the spine, not letting herself get paralyze, not when she was this close to escaping. She felt some of the fur rip off of her scruff, but not as bad as it could have been. She hissed in pain and turned to claw Whyn's muzzle.

    Scarlet's Health: 92% (8% lost from bite)
Drizzle's Health: 65%, getting weaker, may attempt to get away soon.

  • Tarantella leapt back, then came rushing forward again. She snapped at Drizzle's leg, not just trying to bite it, but actually attempting to gnaw her way through to the bone. It was a grisly thing to do, but she had learned that quick and clean had no place in the Dungeon. Tarantella wanted the traitor to feel pain every time she took a step.

  • Drizzle dodged a little, but it had gotten pretty bad to where it ripped into the muscle. She screeched in agony and aimed to claw her flank to get her off of her so she could run.

Drizzle: 29% Health, attempting to flee.
    Scarlet: 92% Health
