In 'The Last Hope', she dies again helping in the battle against the Dark forest, making her none existant.

She sees Mapleshade pinning Sandstorm down (because she got all of StarClan's blessings), preparing to kill her, but Spottedleaf tears the Dark Forest cat off of her. Spottedleaf opens her mouth, as if she wanted to say something more, but her pelt blurs, and she dies for a second time, leaving only a pool of blood.
