if you read the comics he finds the fone much later after lori dies by being shot (this is the original comic story) which also kills the baby and at first the person on the fone is telling him where to find a new group of survivors (all the rest of the group dies) but after a few days he realises that the person on the other side sounds like lori, and he is actually going insane and there isn't anybody on the fone at all

ic: Nikki kept one hand on the knife that hung from her jeans, but the other hand was holding onto her bow as if she had a feeling she would have to go back to hold the Walkers off.

Ross sat silently on a roof. His daughter right behind him. He held up his gun and aimed the scope down at the group. "Not walkers..." He said to himself. He started to go down the stairs that were behind him. It was one of those buildings where the stairs go to the roof.
OOC: Whenever Ross says something in italic, it means he is saying it in german.

Ross got to the bottom floor. He slowly opened the door and looked over at the ground. He was behind them, still not seen.

Blake noticed Emma looking around. He started getting the feeling that they were being watched too. Turning around, he noticed the door to the building behind them was now open. But he didn't suspect anything, so he just noted it and looked in another direction.
Silvia's hand hovered over her gun just in case. Sensing the uneasy atmosphere was putting them all on end.
