  • Fireshadow slowly put the kit down, he nudged her lightly. " For such a kit you should be quite a bit more careful."

  • Philadelphia padded over to Sahara, head held high. "Are you okay? Do you need a Treater?" she asked, studying her kit. She glanced over to Fireshadow, then glanced back down at her kit.

  • London squeaked as his mother approached, shuffling his paws. He was attempting to act like he had not played any part in all the sneaky happenings of Sahara.

  • Unfortunately for London, Philadelphia had experience in raising two litters prior to this one. She shot a questioning gaze towards the tomkit. "You have the look of a guilty cat," she scolded.

  • Sahara shivered, more than a bit nervous. "No, 'm fine," the kitten replied. She swapped a fleeting glance with London as her mom questioned him. Don't say anything.

  • Seattle stirred. He looked around.

OOC: Jeez I haven't posted in here for ages! =P

  • "Do not expect me not to know that something was up," meowed Philadelphia. Body language told all in this case - the exchanged look of two plotters trying to decieve. "And do not lie to me, or else both of you will get to stand by and watch your siblings get promoted while you two are not."

  • Oh great. What choice did she have? Sahara ratted them out. "We were escape--er, escapin'." She stumbled over her words. Grammar wasn't something she was big on at the moment. "'Cause we were bored. I saw the vent, and we tried to climb up." She made careful use of the word 'we.'

  • "And you didn't think about the fact that those vents usually have covers on them?" dryly meowed Philadelphia. "You could have broken a limb or your neck had the newcomer not saved you. Thank him for saving your life now, please."

  • FireShadow smiled. " t'is not a problem for it only almost gave me a heart attack, i am honored to be of serveus."

  • Seattle watched as the other kits were ratted out. he was glad he didn't plot anything, yet that was...

  • London's eyes were wide with fear and shock, though he said nothing. Clearly, the tomkit was not a vocal kitten. He flashed a glance towards the cat who'd caught Sahara. His brown gaze flickered back to Philadelphia soon, though, staring up at her with apologetic eyes. I didn't mean for anyone to get hurt, he thought sulkily.

  • Paris slipped quietly back towards the nest, glad that she hadn't actually involved herself in anything that the two were doing. She caught sight of the big cat that Philadelphia had said was their father once and looked towards him, ears pricked. "Daddy?" she mouthed quietly, pondering the word. "Dadd-y." This time she drew it out, ending with an ay sound. "Umm...."

Scarface blinked twice as the strange cat broke Sahara's fall and then put her down, standing impassively as Philadelphia scolded the two troublemakers. "There's no room for foolishness or miscalculation in life," he rumbled quietly, once she had finished. "However, wisdom comes with experience. Be careful." His eyes flickered to the other cats in the room and he checked the other words that wanted to spill out with an effort. With a polite dip of his head to them, and a more respectful nod to Philadelphia, he turned for the door.

  • "And whatever you were talking of membership, yes, you may join." Philadelphia turned with a nod to Fireshadow. "You seem to be a fighter...a Blackheart you may be. What's your name?"

She flicked Scarface's shoulder in the meanwhile...maybe they'd have some alone time after this to talk.

  • He smiled. " FireShadow t'is what they call me, thank you very much, i will be of a great help to you." He said dipping his head.

  • Seattle watched his mother talk to the new cat. The new cat looked nice. He walked up to the new cat, he managed to meow the word "Hi."

  • "As your first act as a Blackheart Rogue, could you keep an eye over my kits for me? Maybe allow them to stick with you in here for a while. I need to talk with Scarface privately for a moment." Philadelphia's amber gaze flicked to Scarface. "Ready when you are."

  • FireShadow Nodded and looked over the kits. Kitsiting... ah well.
