    smoke went after her and settled in his nest right next to leopardwing's and curled up.

    smoke woke up and stretched, careful not to wake leopardwing.

    smoke shot straight up and saw the foxes in camp. "hell! stay here!!!" he hared into the clearing and started battling the foxes. one deeply scratched his flank.
