Demon awoke from Oka's bark. He opened his yellow eyes which quickly flicked to night vision. He could see very well in the dark, better then most dogs. Demon watched Oka from the shadows, also hoping to see the 'Leader'.

Demon grinned. He began moving along the shadows, completely hidden by them. His yellow gaze remained on Rai, curious to see what the 'Leader' was going to do. Demon noticed how different Rai looked, something about the dog made Demon's hackles stand up.

Demon quickly stopped moving. Just before he did, he felt a twig snap beneath him. Instinctively, he slinked back, deeper into the shadows of Camp, continuing to watch Rai.

Demon stepped forward. His teeth gleamed as the moon shone on them. "I am." He growled, his golden bangs that covered part of his face, flipped around with each pawstep.

"Oh, and why is that? Are you too afraid I will win? Too foolish to dare fight me?" Demon laughed as he stepped out of the shadows, teeth bared. His claws dug into the soft earth and his ears flicked.

"Ah, you know my little advantage I see." Demon grinned. He had a way of using the darkness to hide and strike when the moment was right. And his night vision helped him to kill, or fataly injure.

Demon knew that if he pushed Rai far enough, Rai would have no choice but to fight and Demon would be able to use his advantages. "I can't help but remember that silly little collar that you wore," he started. "I find it quite amusing that you'd wear a collar that could save your life if a dog was to get ahold of it. Isn't that a bit cowardly? Because you'd basically be invincible.. Imagine if you were fighting the cougars? Your precious little dogs would be in danger thanks to you," Demon leapt in front of Rai, trying to block his path.

Demon growled, "I think your the most cowardly of them all. Sending a Spy to do your work, some stupid dog that watches the cougars. He'll probably be some pathetic mutt that doesn't deserve to be called a Spy! You could be the leader that your father would have wanted you to be, one that your brother wants you to be now! But sadly, your not. And You will never be that Leader. Those cougars are tresspassing, endangering our Pack and you do nothing. Some Leader you are..."

"I said, you will never be the Leader that your father and brother want you to be. But you heard that already didn't you." Demon snarled, narrowing his yellow eyes. A breeze of cool air blew over Demon, ruffling his odd colored coat and his golden bangs. "Your nothing." -
Demon leapt at Rai, jaws parted. His yellow eyes glinted wickedly as he aimed to bring his jaws down onto Rai.
