    "Yes." Aleshii smiled, taking it and placing the tip on her right ankle. She dug the blade into her dark skin but no blood escaped the wound. Her jaw tightened in pain but she pulled the tracker out quickly

    Tobias looked away. To him it looked to painful. "Could you warn me before you do that next time please" he said. "I just thought of something. We should find out who those people that free us were".

    "Sorry." Aleshii winced in pain as she held up the tracker; covered in blue blood. "And I know one of them, the other...I've never seen before."

    "Whice one do you know" he asked. "Heres the first aid kit" he said handing her a small metal tin.

    "The woman." Aleshii whispered, shaking her head at the first aid kit. After removing the trackers from her legs and arms she looked at him, "You need to cut the other one out of my neck." She told him

    "What" he said holding the knife. He started to shake when he went to cut it out. "I-i can't do it, I don't want to hurt you".

    "I've been experimented on...nothing can hurt as badly as that." Aleshii whispered, voice breaking as a single tear fell down her face, "Please...just do it."

    He shut his eyes before digging the knife into her neck. The tracker popped out but he cut her bad. "There it's out" he asi still with his eyes shut. "You were experimented on? Would I have been if we hadn't been freed and who was that woman"?

    "One question at a time." Aleshii whispered, taking the trackers. She cupped them in the palm of her hand, "But before I answer anything, we have to leave."

    "All right I have everything I need right here" he said taking the first aid kit. "We can try heading for the next town over".

    "Too predictable. Perfect." She smiled, "But first we need to make a few stops." She held out the trackers, "To plant these."

    "Ok, lets go" he said walking to the door. "When we are safe again will you answer my questions" he asked looking at her feet.

    "Yes." Aleshii promised, walking outside and throwing the first tracker as far as she could, it landed three towns away. The rest followed, all spread within a fifty mile radius, "We go North." She told him, setting off

    He followed her as they headed north. Eventually they came to a small village. "Should we stay here for the night" he asked.

    "Yes." Aleshii answered, surveying the area, "But we leave early on in the day."

    "Ok" he ran into the city glad to be among people again. "Should we stay at a hotel, I do have some money" he said with a smile.

    "Hotel?" Aleshii asked, head titled, "What's that?"

    (I was starting to wonder how much she knew about the outside world)


    "Oh sorry I forgot you never left that lab. A hotel is a place where people pay money to spend a night. There is often a bed, shower/bath and a TV at least for a simple room".

    Aleshii nodded, taking in the information, "We go there?"

    "Sure I think I have enough money to cover the cost for us for the night, that is if we share a room" he said trailing off on that last part.
