he purred and did the same back to her

"we should find somewhere to call our own.." she said sleepily

"yea" he mewed he sat up "i have a place you know that maple tree i hollowed it out and i made a pretty big den inside i even made steps up to the branches" he mewed wiht a purr

"show me" she stood up and winked at him

"ok" he mewed then walked to the maple tree and he moved the bark and it was a dark den he jumped up on a step aand pulled leaves back and the sun shone in"there" he mewed

"very nice!" she mewed "I'll be right back.."
she returned with a wad of moss and carefully layed it out across the den floor

"oh hold on" he mewed climbed up the steps then came down with a wad of feathers he layed it also on the ground "there" he mewed

She took a sharp stick and carved into the bark: Snookie + Soul, and put a heart around it

he purred and gave her a lick

"I love it.." she purred

(i just remembered that her heat-scent is still with her..)

"i love you" he purred

"what should we do now?.." her heat-scent drifted through the den

"idk" he mewed he gave her head a swift lick

she swayed her tail, she was very uncomfortable with that scent in the air. she sighed, she new there was only 1 way to get it off.

he purred ignoring the scent he stood "im going to hunt" he mewed

"okay.. i'll stay and tidy up this place." she licked his ear

"ok oh carefull for snakes pleas" he mewed then walked off and saw a vole and crouched

she started circling the den, rubbing the walls in a hope the scent would leave. No luck.
