  • Looks: Profile picture, when she is a hatchling though, the fur on her tail is just a tuft. Her horns and spikes are soft and blunt as she is young and her scales are slightly lighter.

    (Semi-advanced)

The little black egg rocked, back and forth. Cracks webbed across the jewel like egg. Finally with a sound like breaking glass the shell fell away. A tiny dragon, the size of a large mouse crawled away from the wreckage. She had quite dark purple scales and tiny bronze teeth, claws, horns and spikes. The fluid from the egg dripped from her spiky wing tips. The hatchling dragged its long, thin tail behind it, her tail was tipped with a soaking wet, white tuft of fur. The storm raged outside of the deep nursery cave. A bolt of lightening flashed across the sky and the baby dragoness leapt up slightly, strange glowing green eyes wide. Her mother, a dragoness the size of a small house with green scales lowered her head to sniff her baby. She was quite small for a dragon, hence the tiny size of her baby. "Nightstalker," whispered the green-scaled mother.

  • Shadowdancer flapped his large black wings, his glowing golden eyes gave his presence away. He was small, well of course he was! He was just a baby. He stretched out his small legs and whipped his sharp-ended tail around.

  • The Nightstalker bumbled forward, tripping over her long tail and landing on her pointed snout with a little squeak. Her green scaled mother nudged her upright and watched with pride as her hatchling blinked at the golden eyes in the shadowy corner.
