    He sighed and looked down then ran a hand through his hair.

    Katniss swallowed, she didn't know what to say. A tight knot was stuck in her throat. Gale was her friend, how coud she be entered into a game to kill him?

    He turned to leave.

    "Wait." Katniss said quietly, "I don't want things to be weird..."

    He gave her a questioning look but didn't leave.

    He nodded. "Right," he whispered.

    He sighed watching her leave.

    Katniss went into the dinin cart. She sat at the table an stared out the window.
