    Sydney laughed, "You don't want to know." She smiled, starting away from school, "Coming?"

    "Who is the most feared vampire?" She asked, hands on her tiny waist

    "Bingo. His son." She smirked, rolling her eyes

    "Try being his slave." Sydney pointed out, eyebrow raised. She trapsed into the forest, "Try having him bite you neck, changing you."

    "I'd probably kill him if he ever tried enslaving me" Lance said "And i'm a vampire, been one for a couple hundred years, i can't be changed, or turned human again" the last part was said so quietly unless she'd been paying attention she'd have missed it.

    She heard every word, "When he enslaved me I wasn't a vampire. He tried changing me three times before it worked, by then I was almost immune." She murmured, looking at him sideways

    She shrugged, "Uh about 13 weeks." Sydney's eyes glittered as she spoke, "After I became I vampire I was strong enough to run away, so I've been running for about 12 weeks. They're chasing me."

    "How?" Sydney asked, considering

    Syndey shook her head, "No. There's no point. Once I'm human I'm even more vulnerable."
