She smirked and glanced over at a bush it shook and the wind blew a scent to her she looked through the branches and saw two fat rabbits she pounced killing both of them she stayed under the bush t eat hers and pushed the other one out for reaper

Reaper had watched and took the rabbit and ate his. He burried the remains and waited for Ruby.

Ruby looked out from under the bush at him her blue eys piercing it was dry and comfortable under there but she ran out to her cave

Reaper watched as she ran back towards the cave. He thought of running off and leaving her and that she would only bring him nothing but trouble.... but something told him to go back to the cave. He padded back towards the cave, occassionally scenting the air to make sure no other lone wolves were near by.

She layed down on the warm rock in the middle of the big cave and sighed comfortable

She rolled over on her back and rolled in fresh black rose petals -
Reaper kept closer to the cave entrance, as he dozed in and out of sleep. His eyes snapped open when he heard Ruby roll over.

She shook the petals off and trotted outside

Reaper watched her leave the cave and stood up, following out. He hesitated before syaing, "Sorry for acting how I did earlier." He was referring to his sudden change in mood towards her.

Ruby shrugged her fur giving off the scent of roses it's fine she said I'm used to males acting like that around me.

Reaper caught the scent but hid his surprise fairly well as he replied becoming more curious, "And why would they act like that to you?"

Because I'm the next alpha of the winter pack she said.

Reaper wanted to smirk but kept it hidden. Had he really captured an Alpha? well that could really help him. But replied disbeleiving her story now, "And the Alpha runs away because she is to marry another wolf?" He was curious but yet he really didn't trust her yet....but he couldn't figure out why he was being nice to her.

He's a complete moron and stares at me like a caribou so I kicked his a-- and ran away she said

Reaper shook his head as he chuckled, "You can fight off a wolf from your pack and yet you can't fight off a Lone Wolf?"

She smiled I slipped okay she growled iratated she shook her fur and trotted. Little further before stopping and besides I want love not just a relationship.

Reaper watched her but growled in response, "You're foolish to think love exists. It is only something mothers tell their pups at night to get them to fall asleep. Love is nothing more than a word."

Shut the h---- up she snapped I could kill you if I chose the only reason I haven't is because you rescued my from that moron in winter pack.

Reaper growled back, "Believe what ever you want. But to me love is nothing but stories from a Mother to her Pup." His ears flat agains this head.
