  • Flickerwhisker shoved Breezekit back into the nursery and padded over to Thrush. "Can you come with me to the ThunderClan border? I need to re-new the scent markers."

  • Thrush nodded slightly. "Although it brings Leaf-Bare..." She sighed. "WindClan will need all the prey they can get if they're going to survive this year."

  • Flickerwhisker chuckled. "WindClan doesn't have that hard of a time during Leaf-bare, we have tunnlers who could chase a rabbit underground for miles. And what do you mean they? You'll get your Warrior name before you say 'rabbit!'

  • "Let's hope so." Thrush chuckled. Then, her eyes turned serious, and she met Flickerwhisker's gaze. "I feel that I'm getting in the way of you and Hawksong..." She searched for the right word. "'relationship.' I was wondering if I could maybe talk to Hawksong, and try to become better friends with her."

  • Flickerwhisker shook his head. "Hawksong is the one in the way, she was a different cat long ago. She was sweet, until she had Breezekit. After Breezekit came around she obessed over him. One time she left me alone with him, and he twisted his paw on a stone. Ever since she's been...agressive."

  • "I'm sure I could talk to her." Her eyes shimmered. "I'll make her understand. You can be a big happy family again."

  • "Thanks..." She purred. "Right after she gets back from the patrol. I hope she's okay. She must be a good fighter if her aggression is large." She joked.

  • Flickerwhisker nodded. "Hawksong maybe she hostile, but she'd never kill. Hawksong has her good days to, even if worse came to worse she wouldn't kill a cat." Flickerwhisker mewed.

  • "She seems like an honorable warrior." She smiled. "I'm glad you're mates with her. Although if there was just, oh I don't know, someone in your life that you had to pick for a mate again, who would it be?"

  • "I know..." she blushed a bit. "But you've helped me these ten days to train. You've been very kind to me. I don't know that I would of done without you. I know you already have a mate, and I don't mind at all. I'm just saying, if there's anyone you need to talk to, and Hawksong's not around, you can always talk to me..." She shuffled her paws.

  • She looked away, embarrassed. "No problem..." She murmured. ( Thrush's Speech Bubble: :-* ) "We better keep up the pace. We have to reach the ThunderClan border and return to WindClan by morning. I wouldn't mind catching a few winks either." She yawned.
