He ran out the open door. The water was higer.

Scarlet rushed out the door and swam towards the shore,her head up so her kit wouldn't touch the water.

He was on the shore, waiting for her. He was compleatly dry. Not a drop.

Scarlet crawled onto the land and put her kit down on the sand.(lol it rhymes!)

Scarlet started licking her kit,not bothering to dry herself off.Her kit,who had no name(if you were wondering)was shivering with cold.Scarlet was licking her kit's fur the wrong way so it'd get warm.Then she wrapped her tail around it.She then started cleaning herself when she knew her kit was warm.

"I think the kit should be named... Ruby." He shurgged. "But it's your choice."

"I was originally going to name him Flame...."Scarlet said.She'd orginally had 2 kits but one of them died shortly after Scarlet gave birth and it was suposed to be a she-kit.

Flame mewed and lefted his tiny little head up.
Scarlet pulled him towards her and let him nurse. -
Jayjay meowed, "Bye." He slowly started to pad away, his two tail flicking.
