    James looked at the patch of shirt missing across his chest. " Nice going, Graceful. " he said to Alice. He grabbed another shirt form his bag and took the ripped one off, throwing the other one over his head.

    Alice shrugged. " Don't blame me, blame the cat. " she said, then turned and tiptoed up behind Aria, catching her in fake headlock and messing up her hair. " You're cat attacked me, sis! Payback!! " she smiled, rubbing her fist in Aria's head.

    Aria frowned.
    "She doesn't usually do that.
    She looked to where Copper was standing.
    Aria gasped.
    "Alice! There's a boat beyond Copper! She was trying to tell us there was a boat approaching!"

    Alice let go of Aria. She looked out to the ocean and saw the large mast of a ship approaching. She turned and ran towards Ariana. " Ariana!!! There's a ship approaching!! Do we attack? It could be anyone! " she said, pulling the bobby pin out of her hair and tapping it twice. It shimmered and grew to a three foot long celestial bronze sword, the hilt made of seastone and sapphires. She held Orphiusmos, just to be safe.

    Alice turned to James and Aria. " James, you stay here. Me and Aria will use our powers to swim over to the boat and find out who's in it. " she said. She walked to the edge of the boat and lept up onto the edge, motioning for Aria to follow her. She dove over the side and into the water, able to breathe and her clothes staying dry. She tapped the hilt of her sword and put the bobby pin in her hair, waiting for Aria.

    James notched two arrows and poised his bow pointing at the boat just to be safe. He wouldn't take any chances while Alice was in danger.

    Ariana turned to the bow.
    Jadia created some light blue light and prepared to fire.

    Aria dived over.
    She swan to the boat,looked up,and gasped.


    Alari peered over the side and looked at Ariana and Alice.

    Alice grabbed Aria's collar and dragged her down underwater before that girl on the ship could get too good a look at them. She swam behind the boat, fish coming up and nuzzling her. Down below in the water, she saw the flash of a hippocampi tail. She stopped but stayed underwater. " Aria, who was that? " she asked. Her voice sounded different, like she was..... Well, underwater.

    James kept his eyes on the girls, and he saw Alice nearly tackle Aria after looking up at the ship. The sight would've been comical if things weren't so serious.

    Ariana slipped into the water unseen and slowly swam to the other boat. Climbing aboard, she put her Mariners baseball cap on and turned invisible.

    Alice's spine tingled. She peered around the edge of the boat and saw Ariana climbing up the side of the boat. She shrugged. " She's not leaving me out. You coming? " she says to Aria, then swims over and makes her way silently up the side of the boat. Halfway up, she stops. " Wait... She has that magical baseball cap, she'll just turn invisible..... Oh well. If everything goes wrong I'll fight my way out. " she whispered then continued climbing. She peered over the edge of the boat, but nobody was in sight. She pulled herself up and dove behind several piles of barrels, crouching down and looking around.

    Alice saw a massive greyhound stalking towards her, razor sharp teeth glinting and golden fur glistening. She slowly crept around the side that the dog wasn't checking and looked around for an escape. She saw the railing of a second deck and snuck to the edge of the barrels, and when she knew the dog wouldn't see, she sprinted and lept, pushing off a crate and grabbing the railing and pulling herself up.

    ic: James saw the dog start to turn and look at Alice, who was pulling herself onto the second deck. He let an arrow fly, and it whistled through the air, but just glinted off of the dog's side. The dog looked away from Alice, as if the wind had changed course and that was all that happened. It took notice of the arrow and picked it up like a chew toy, forgetting Alice. James sighed in relief and nocked another arrow.
