OOC~Twi is still alive and well, living in her tree house
IC~ Icey flew above Ponyville, her gaze constantly traveling to the ruins of Canterlot. Luckily the ponies helping out were doing a good job at moving the fallen kingdom back into place. Icey decided to fly over to help.
"I believe it was left a bit....yes, right there." Luna said, watching some pegasus ponies move a cloud to mark where a corner of the town was. The unicorns needed them so they could lift the remnants back. Celestia was making sure all her subjects were alright, calming the foals, and healing any injuries. Cadence and Twilight were there as well, getting ready to help the unicorns move the city back. Shining Armor has stayed back at the Crystal Empire to keep the shields up. Even Derpy was helping, and she wasn't causing a mess. She was carrying notes and letters back and forth, to make sure everything ran smoothly and the worrying families of the ponies there knew everything was alright.
Parvi was there as well, standing beside her mother and helping show where the markers needed to go. Cloud was helping move the markers, and then painting them bright yellow and black to help them be seen clearer. It was her job to paint the clouds, after all. Flame was with the unicorns, discussing what spells to use. As Icey came over, Flame called her over.
"Icey! I'm glad your here! When we start raising Canterlot, we'll need a platform under it to make sure it doesn't fall while we're lifting it. Do you think you could build a frame in ice while we're lifting it? Then maybe it could be covered with clouds and then we can put scaffolding under it."
"Sounds great! When were we starting?"
"Right now! The last marker is in place, so we can start!"
Icey nodded, grabbing a large cloud and pushing it into place. The unicorns, plus Cadence, Twilight, Luna, Celestia, and Parvi, began lifting the town, it slowly rising up towards its rightful spot. Icey was slowly lifting the cloud, tapping it gently with a hoof. Ice was building up from beneath it, helping support the cliff-side town. The pegasus were taking clouds and pushing them against the ice, to help keep it from melting and/or cracking. Slowly, the town was going back into place. As the platform of the town was put back into place, the last steps were to secure it in place, rebuild the town, and remove the ice scaffolding. The unicorns then began using their magic to secure the platform and rebuild the buildings, each piecing together room by room. When that was done, the pegasus removed the clouds, and as a sort of celebration, Pinkie, Rainbow Dash, and Icey got together. Icey carved into the ice, Pinkie set up some party cannons and decorated the ice, and Rainbow Dash flew up to get altitude. Once Icey was done carving, She flew up to Dash and Pinkie stepped back. Dash and Icey dove down, both going at an insane speed. Any pegasus could preform their own sonic boom, and each would represent their talent. It just needed to be preformed at the right height as to catch the right amount of speed necessary.
As Icey and Dash came into view, two sonic booms were visible. One was rainbow, the other extremely light blue in the shape of a snow flake. They swerved to avoid the pillar, and then flew around it, ribbons of light trailing from their manes and tails. Lastly, they flew away from the pillar, the ice cracking in spectacular designs. It shattered apart into a fine dusting of snow, spreading outwards before falling down like feathers. Rainbow and Icey brohoofed, settling back down to watch the light glitter through the snow in the sky, small rainbows dazzling everywhere from the reflection of light. It was a truly glorious day, the first one in weeks. Cheers erupted from the crowd, even the Princesses joining in the celebration of their glorious capital finally rebuilt.
