Ruby was walking around looking for scraps of food not knowing how to hunt as she bumped into a tom.

Amber eyes of a black tom gleamed down at her.

IC:Ruby meowed,"sorry!"backing up quickly.

"It's ok." he meowed. His voice was a lot softer than you would've imagined coming from the big, bold tom.

She was surprised at his reaction most toms would pounce on her and say give me all your food or something to keep them alive.

He took a step back. "I should go..."

She nodded and turned around to run for a shelter as thunder clouds came rolling in.

The tom ran around a corner.

She ran into a plastic bin that they dumped.

He ducked into a box.

Ruby saw a tin with tuna left in it she picked it up walking back to the shelter a tom pounced on her and hissed,"hand it over!"She screeched but bit down in the cats flank.

His head shot up and he looked out into the rain.

She knew she couldn't win the fight a junkyard tom against a junkyard she-cat almost impossible she felt the toms claws sink into her shoulder.

He looked out and saw the tom. A growl rising in his throat, he stalked over.

She saw him and thought oh great another tom! The tom claws stopped and said,"come on she-cat thats all you got?"Ruby threw him off but wasnt fast enough he grabbed her paw and yanked her back to the ground.

He hissed and sprang through the stormy air towards the vicious tom.

The tom pounced on Ruby and hissed,"hey beautiful looks like someone came to save you how sweet let me guess a boyfriend?"Ruby hissed,"shut up mouse brain I don't even know that cat at all I met him once!"

The tom hissed and pounced.

Ruby felt the Tom get off of her.

He stared down at the other tom.
