  • Sierra looked up, quietly. She watched as several vampires past her with out a second glance. Sighing, she looked back down, wanting to cry. She missed her little sister, Kia. She wondered where her boyfriend, Jake was. Sighing, she looked away.

    Sierra:

  • Derek looked down the line of humans. His eyes stopped on one girl towards the end of the line.

  • Sierra felt tears come to her eyes. She tried to brush them away before someone noticed, but felt the uncomfortable glances.

  • Derek gave the man his money and took serra's chain. The chain was around her wrists. He walked towards his house not pulling or tugging on the chain at all.

  • Sierra followed, still brushing away tears. She felt like dying right there. She sat down, praying he'd get mad, and just kill her there.

  • "Hoping to die," came the muffled reply. Sierra cried softly, praying he would grant her wish.

  • "I miss my old home, and I don't want to be a slave," Sierra replied, surprised that he cared, or seemed to.

  • Sierra nodded. "Oh. Who could force a vampire to do something?" she asked, bewildered.

  • "Okay. Right, so. Now what?" Sierra asked, sucking in a breath, and releasing it quietly.

  • "I guess. I'm really the slave, so you should probably be deciding," Sierra said softly.
