  • "I could see being scared of them, police dogs. I almost got caught once because of one. And of course I don't want to hurt a dog so you can't do anything about it once they come after you," she pointed out, her voice lowering in the memory. "Turtles simply don't like me, so I don't like it when they try and bite me. That should make sense right? And for what I like…I like desserts, and pictures, and storms, and you, and the beach, and Bon-fires, and…" Alice pondered what else would fit into the category for a minute, frowning as she realized nothing came to mind.

  • Alex glanced over at her, smiling slightly as he shifted on the couch and moved closer to her. he wrapped his arms around her and released a small and quiet sigh. "Bon-fires? Is there some story you have?" Alex asked the curiosity getting the best of him. He chose to ignored and not question the police dog part.

    (Sorry for short post, on my phone. First day of school started for me...)

  • {Aww. I'll start on the 26th so I'll get less active. That's cool, did you at least some classes you wanted?}

    Alice relaxed in his grasp, letting out content sigh,"Even just a fireplace-fire, during winter, no matter how hot outside it was, she insisted on everyone sitting around the fire. The only bon-fire I've ever gone to was with my brother just before I joined the job, with a few of our friends and our family. It was just…fun, I guess," Alice shrugged. "What about you? What our your favorite things?" She asked abruptly, moving one of his hands to link with hers.

  • (Ehh kinda. Every class I have has the same people in it. I feel like I'm in elementary again where you have the same people in your class every day. I'm thinking of getting my classes switch. Also, my reading teacher sucks....The good thing is that I barely have any homework.)

    Alex thought for a second, about her story and his favorites. "I always like being care-free even though I got in trouble a lot with that. I think it's obvious I like the outdoors. And I like simple things....Not things that are over the top......" Alex paused to tale a glance at her. "I also like icecream and you." Alex smirked slightly, giving her hand a light squeeze.

  • Alice smiled as she listened to him, slowly running her thumb over the lines embedded in his palm. "Well, then you can have a normal day, with me. And we can get ice cream, how does that sound? Because ice cream sounds pretty good to me," she admitted, looking up to meet his gaze, the corners of her lips twitching up in a faint smile.

    {Wow…I wish I wouldn't have as much homework. I'll have a bunch hw I'm sure. And diffrent people in most likely all my classes. My guy friend just turned 15 and is already talking to me about his driving test, aha…ahahaha, very scared.}

  • (I'm taking mine soon. I think I will pass....Not to sure. Haha. Well that's good, the same people in the same classes gets kind of boring.....Are you going to be in the car with him by the way? Or just are you just going to text him good luck and avoid his driving? Haha. (: )

    "Two scoops?" Alex joked, in a childish voice. A light smile formed over his lips, nodding in agreement to the idea. "And after that at night we could attempt to make a bon-fire." Alex added glancing down at the floor. "I like this by the way. Just talking to you...It's almost relaxing in a strange way." He turned his gaze back up to her.

  • {Well good luck! :) I'm sure you will do fine! I don't think during his test I'll be allowed in the car, I think I would be more nervous than him though, lol. Im sure he will end up driving me places at some point though, most likely after he passes his test though. Aha.}

    "I would even let you add chocolate syrup or sprinkles to the top if you really wanted," and Alice couldn't let but laugh quietly, closing her eyes in the silence. "If we can't make a bon-fire, I'll settle for a normal one. But the night already sounds perfect." Alice opened her eyes to find his gaze, glancing down and lazily tracing circles on his arm,"It is relaxing," she agreed quietly.

  • (Thanks! And hopefully he will pass, haha. All he really has to do is just act perfect around the person that will be in the car with him. Over here I think you can have one person in the car with you...like a friend or something. I don't know all the details to it yet.)

    Alex smiled widened a bit as she spoke, taking in the new refreshing silence. He lifted his arm up to take her hand into his again, running his thumb back in forth. "I love you, Alice." He whispered quietly, closing his eyes for a brief second. he released a small happy sigh before looking down at their hands.

  • {I'll have to ask him if he knows, though in not sure i would even want to if he lets me drive with him. Whatever though! :) I think he should do fine, he's good at sucking up to adults and teachers and stuff. :P}

    Alice enjoyed the comfortable silence, allowing it to settle around them as she watched his thumb move back and forth against her hand. She closed her eyes and let the breath she had been keeping captive out in a heavy sigh, everything seeming abnormally…normal. "Thank you, Alex," she remembered suddenly when she could hardly thank Alex for anything, let alone allow him to help her.

  • Alex smiled faintly, shutting his eyes and leaning his head against back on the couch cushion. The silence that had filled the room was both refreshing and comfortable. He slowly opened his eyes again and turning his head, placing a small kiss on the top of her head. "I was wrong to complain about a normal life...Being with you is normal enough." Alex said quietly.

    (Haha really? I never understood how people can have a teacher like them. i have no problem with adults but teacher just instantly hate me.

  • "You weren't wrong. I can't blame you for wishing. Though I must agree with you, Alex. This is just as good as normal, you and I," she smiled, moving his hand to her lips to gently kiss his knuckles. She dropped her head back to look up at him, her eyes shining faintly with her smile.

    {Sorry for a short post. He doesn't normal suck up to adults, and certainly not to me. But will you take someone with you for the test?}

  • Alex smiled faintly, placing soft kiss on her forehead. He carelessly played with a strand of her hair, releasing a small sigh in happiness. He glanced down at their hands for a quick second. "You know what I like about you?" Alex paused, looking back at her. "Is that you actually care." Alex smiled widen a bit as he spoke.

    (Umm I don't know...I get nervous with things like that. I probably won't. And it's fine. Sorry for my post right now...I about to go to sleep. I'm really tired right now.)

  • Alice closed her eyes slowly to the feelings of his fingers toying with her hair. "Well, I like you because your the only one I've met so far that has made me care this much," she admitted sheepishly, an unusual red tint creeping onto her cheeks, something she hadn't done in a while. She shifted to draw her legs closer to herself.

    {That's fine. I'm rather tired too. Though it is 1 over here so that might explain it, lol.}

  • (I usually can stay up longer but on Fridays the lack of sleep from school just get's to me. Haha.)

    Alex smiled, and glanced at her again, noticing the light, faded, red tint that had creeped onto her cheeks. He moved his head forward a little, placing a small kiss of her cheek before leaning back into the couch again. He let his eyes slowly close, not drifting off into sleep, he just let his thoughts fill his mind once again.

  • {Yeah, school starts Monday for me. I really don't want to go, I'll just have to get used to it though. Lol. I'm used to staying up late, not going to bed early and waking up early.}

    Alice was rather glad that Alex hadn't mention her sheepish smile or blush. Once Alex brushed his lips over her cheek, Alice briefly returned the favor before settling back down into his side, closing her eyes. Unlike Alex, Alice fell asleep effortlessly, her breathing slowed and she actually relaxed. And for the first time in a while she wasn't Immediatly greeted by nightmeres as she fell asleep.

  • (I don't want to go back to school either. I'm like that to but i don't wake up until 10am or 11am, 12 being the latest. )

    Alex reopened his eyes, glancing down at Alice to see her sleeping peacefully. He couldn't help but let his smile widen. he carefully moved his arm away from her, reaching back to pull the small blanket that had been laying across the couch top. Alex carefully placed it across them, wrapping his arm around her and closing his eye again.

    *Timeskip?*

  • {I always get worried right before school starts. And then later on start not really caring, lol. But I'm sure it'll be fine once I get there,I hope at least.}

    ---
    After staying asleep for a while, Alice finally shifted slightly, a faint smile coming to her lips as she felt Alex next to her. She twisted her head to look up at him, as if she had no intention of moving,"Hi, Alex," she whispered groggily, noticing the blanket with another tired smile before she pulled it over her shoulders. She hasn't been disrupted by terrible thoughts like she had expected, which was a nice change.

  • Alex reopened his tired eyes, blinking them a few times before meeting her gaze. He smiled faintly at her, opening his mouth to speak. "Hi." He whispered sleepily, closing his eyes for a few seconds. Alex shifted a little under the blanket, tightening his arms around her a little.

    (Sorry for the short post, on my phone and it's lagging. I'm like that to. I have the biggest fear of speaking a paragraph from a book or something out loud...Yet I never can stop talking to anyone...Doesn't make sense..Haha)

  • {That's alright. I'm so tired and school starts in 11 hours and I'm so nervous. Not that I really have anything to be nervous about. ;) It's odd, lol.}

    Her lips curved up in a smile as his arms clutched her tighter. She moved her head forwards to gently kiss his lips before lowering her head to rest her forehead against his chest. "This outdoor surprise you mentioned, that I'm not aloud anymore hints for, tell me before we have to go, alright?" She whispered, falling silent and enjoying his presence.

  • Alex smiled faintly as he felt her lips pressed against his for short second. He nodding his head before speaking.. "In a few hours we'll go." Alex murmured quietly, glancing out the window for a short second. "Are you still tired?" Alex questioned, resting his head gently on the top of her's. He enjoyed the comfort and peacefulness had still filled the room.

    (Haha, it normal. i get it to...lol Did you get classes you like?)
