  • Alcoe recognized the sound of movement and glanced back roughly where the couch was supposed to be,"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you," she apologized,"You can go back to sleep."

  • Alice eyed him suspiously as her gaze adjusted in the dark,"I couldn't sleep. You need to let me fix your arm," she said sternly. She glanced towards the door trying to check if it was locked or not, assuming it was she slowly made her way to thought switch,"Is it alright if I turn the lights on?"

  • Alice flipped the switch up and firmly walked back to the bed where she slumped down,"But I want to fix it, it's not going to help if your sitting there rubbing your arm all day." Alice rolled her eyes and returned her stare to him, she was slowly starting to wake up.

  • "What?" Alice pressed, taking his bag from the floor and steading herself as she walked to the couch,"Scoot over," she ordered, sitting down next to him and pushing him over slightly. Alice tugged at him jacket before Alx could change his mind.

  • Alex sighed. "Just don't push on it, it all ready kills." Alex mumbled. "Sorry, Just it hurts....Like he1l." Alex said.

  • Alice snickered, a grin spreading on her lips,"Just stay still and don't whine as much as me," she eased, pulling out the gauze and starting to wrap it around the wound on his arm,"Sorry, now we're even though," she admitted.

  • Alex looked down at his arm. He looked back at her. "Thanks.....Sorry I kept not caring about it...But I don't think it was something to worry about..." Alex mumbled, loud enough so she could hear.

  • "At this point everything's something to worry about," she told him, finishing wrapping his arm and sitting back against the stiff couch. Alice looked back up at him,"Done, for now, wasn't so bad now was it?" she rolled her eyes, grinning teasingly.

  • Alex kinda laugh. "I know I'm a baby when it comes to being hurt." Alex joked. He smile for once and looked back down at his arm.

  • "I'll be alright. You'll live I hope," she smiled back at him, propping her legs up on the couch and closing her eyes for a moment,"We need to leave again, soon," Alice said defiantly, pushing her light hair from her face and trying to untangle it.

  • "It's 2am we have couple of hours before we morning...." Alex looked over at her. "Your leg looks like it's getting better." Alex smile. "Are you still tired?" Alex asked.

  • Alice sighed regrettably,"No I'm not tired. I'll probably be up for a while longer. It's getting a little better, still hurts to walk though," she shrugged, looking down at her own leg then back up at him.

  • Alex sighed and ran his hand though his hair.."I wish it was me that got hit not you...." Alex said looking down at her hurt leg.

  • "Wishing won't fix it thought," Alice pointed out then sighed,"Sorry, thanks for caring I guess," she smiled slightly, kicking at his side with her unharmed leg to try and get him to look up,"Ive had worse, I'm going to be fine."

  • Alex looked up at her. "I know but it was meant to hit me...but it hit me....I should have pushed you out of the way...Instead of jumping out of the way..." Alex sighed.

  • Her gaze turned slightly cold,"Alex stop it! It's not your fault, I'm alright now, there's nothing you could have done, got it?" she forced her voice to turn harsh, hoping to get the message across to him well enough.

  • "Yes there is Alice!" Alex stood up. "I could have pushed you out of the way and you wouldn't have got hurt! They wanted me dead! If I got hit, none of this would be happening! And you would probably be safe! They might have left you alone!" Alex rubbed his head.
