    "I go by the advice that the few people who have ever cared for me have given. In each town I've lived in, there has been one person who cared about me. At first, they encouraged me to show my emotions, but then, after a week of trying to help me fit in with my real emotions, they advised me to hide all of my emotions. The very first person who told me to hide my emotions... She was different. She showed no emotion, people messed with her, but she showed no anger. People hurt her, but she showed no pain, fear, or sadness. She never even showed love toward her boyfriend, but somehow, me and her boyfriend could tell she cared about us. We could tell she felt the emotions, but she hid them. She was the single most important person in my life. We weren't sisters, but she took me in when my parents died, and treated me like she would her own sister. She remained emotionless, because people who hated her had once killed a pet kitten{Poor kitten! :'(} she got, because it made her happy. It had made her realize how horrible people could be when they disliked her."

    "Im sorry to hear about your friend and her kitten" he said "But even though i show my emotions i still get picked on because of it. But i dont let what others say get to me. I blow it off like a peice of dust and let it be. I am not however going to try to get you to show your emotions. I dont want you to do something that makes you feel uncomfertable."

    "You would look at it a different way if you saw what they do when I show my emotions... Jasper tried to get me to show my emotions, but even he turned against me."

    "Then he is just like the other scum that beat you up" he said "People like that shouldnt even be close to you Angel"

    "I just don't really think that showing emotions is a good idea anymore... Not after..." She shook her head to clear it. "You know what? Let's just pretend we never had this conversation."

    "I let my cousin Harold, who turned out to be a total jerk, live with me. He beat me, he refused to let me eat, though I was used to that, and he always invited his friends around here over, who, wouldn't you know it, were the people who messed with me. After a while, he said that I was supposed to be paying rent to live in his house, we got into a small argument over the fact that it was my house, and he should be paying rent, then he kicked me out."

    Jay shook his head. "Well dont worry about anything like that" he said "You dont have to pay rent and youre welcome to leave anytime you want to. But If you do please just give me a reason why you are."

    "Alright, though, the only reason I'm ever outside... EVER, is that I need food, I keep needing to run to the book store, because I keep going through five chapter books in a week, not counting the weekend, and then, of course, when I seriously have to do something very, VERY, important."

    "Well I got a very well paying job so make a list of things you want and i can go get them" he said "That is if you dont want to go outside every now and then"

    She shook her head. "I managed to get my life savings out of the house... Don't ask how... You don't have to do anything else for me."

    She nodded. She thought for a moment, then said, "After this society comes to a screeching halt caused by it's own mistakes, we should form a team and rob a McDonald's."
