Her arm was in a splint. The doctor brought the papers for Emma to sign.

Graham parked and walked in, a wide grin spreading across his face at seeing Emma

She smiled and signed the papers, then passed them to Graham.

Graham signed the bottom as well, both as the sheriff and her patron

The doctor tookthe clipboatd. "Very well. Emma, you are free to go." He smiled and left.
Emma grinned.

Grham wrapped an arm around her waist and smiled. "Ready to go back to the real world?" he asked with a smile

"I'm so ready." She wrinkled her nose. "I bate the smell of antheseptic."

Graham smiled, then held open the door to the police cruiser. "Ready?"

"Yup." She sat down and smiled.

Graham smiled and got into the drivers seat, flooring the petal and driving away

She rolled her eyes. "Slow down!"

Graham smiled and loosened up a bit

When they reached the sherrif's office, he smiled and slowed up.
