    Iceheart smirked with satisfaction.He had been hoping to go on the expedition.He dipped his head to his leader in a silent thanks.He turned his attention to his sister as he heard her speak.


    "Lilystar,"Terminalfate meowed,"When are you all leaving?Shall I prepare some travelling herbs now?"

    "We will be leaving tommorrow at sunrise...if I find any other cats who are mature enough to go then they can." she called. "Everyone is dismissed."

    Terminalfate rushed back to her den to make sure she had all of the herbs she needed.

    Darktooth smiled and stood up.He looked at Terminalfate and then at Lilystar.Good,this'll be interesting.He thought and his silver eyes shined.

    Terminalfate headed out of camp to gather a couple of herbs she was missing.

    Lilystar looked at Darktooth. "Go get some sleep....all of you because it will be a long journey and I expect you all to be ready for it." she meowed firmly.

    Darktooth dipped his head respectfully."Thank you Lilystar." He meowed and padded towards the warrior's den to rest.His silver eyes still shined with excitement.

    Lilystar padded into the nursery to get some rest for the journey tommorrow. She curled up beside her kits and fell asleep.

    Terminalfate started sniffing around for sorrel,and herb hard to find in this environment.

    Darktooth curled up in his nest,closed his eyes,and soon drifted into a peaceful sleep.

    Terminalfate let out a long sigh of relief when she finally found the herbs.She headed back to camp,every once and a while looking up to admire the moonlight.

    Ravenwing smiled, happy to be going with them. He padded to the warrior's den to get some sleep.


    Leopardpelt nodded, he was actually glad to stay in camp and watch over the rest, it could get him some experiance in future reference.

    Lilystar woke up and padded out of the nursery. She padded over to high rock about to wake all the journing cats up but decided to let them sleep for a little while longer.



    Pearlkit was curled up in a tiny ball of cream colored fur breathing softly.


    Birdkit laid beside her.


    Nightkit was awake in his nest thinking...like he always was.

    Darktooth awoke soon after.He yawned and stood up.His silver eyes shined with excitement as he padded out of the warrior's den and to Highrock.He sat down and began to neatly groom his midnight black fur.

    Ravenwing blinked his eyes open and stretched his legs on his small nest. He stood up and did a light yawn, he padded out of the Warrior's den and padded to the freshkill pile for a quick snack, a mouse lay in a bunch of dead prey. He took the mouse and ate it, he looked up seeing Lilystar already up and good to go "Morning" he meowed to her "Want a mouse" he asked, another bigger mouse lay on the freshkill pile.


    Leopardpelt was already awake and spotted Ravenwing, he nodded a hello then looked towards Lilystar. Waiting for her to order them before she left with the chosen group of cats.


    Dawnbreak awoke in her nest and padded out of the warrior's den, she knew she was'nt coming but would like to see them all leave.
