"Shh." She said. "Nic and Rena heard something ." Yumi kept on following until she scented something . -
Yumi stared at Nic. Her stare said do you sense that too?

Nic saw the look and twitched his tail in agreement. He raised his hands ready for a fight. "Get back Rena, I think this is far to dangerous for you." he said shoving her out of the room.
(If I knew what I was fighting we could go further)

Yumi nodded at Rena

Rena whispered to Yumi 'what is it?' She then looked at Chrona. "I will take you to get looked at by the nurse".

'Nothing' Yumi said

A growl came from deep within the room and a few ghost-like whispers

Nic unshethed his claws. He took a swing at the darkness hoping to hit something. The growl stopped and grunted at the hit it took. Nic started scratching wildly.

A shadow-like figure appears behind nic and flips him over and throws him onto the ground

*THUD* Nic hits the ground like he jumped from a story up. He just layed there knocked out cold.

"Nic! Are you okay?" She went over to him to help him up. Yumi smelled something.

After a few minutes Nic started to stir. "That thing just came out of nowhere". He flicked his tail to signal that he was good.

Yumi nodded. "Be careful"

The shadow figure grabbed yumi and nic by the throats and it had a big grin on it's face
