• Arranged in fine order, among rows and rows, were things Skywalker had found on his trips to Twoleg junk piles. Metal, cloth, leather, buttons, diningware, jewelry, food even, all was arranged in rows. He was set up for shop and ready to trade. "I'm open!" called the Shopkeeper.

  • an enraged blue tom, magicspell, trudged over to skywalker, dragging his funny sack full of crap. that he filled with from the stuff form his hollow tree. he tried to help and give the shopkeepers rare items he finds like the soda but no one wanted it.

  • An long-haired ivory tom sat outside the shop, waiting for his turn to make an offer to the shop keeper. This better have been worth my trip... He thought, as he glanced at the dried blood on his shoulder. He shook his fur, which was filled with leaves and the goods he had to offer the shop-keeper, should he spare a moment to hear his offers.

  • Croppaw padded out of the nursery and noticed Skywalker. Her swollen belly shook as she scanned the items. "Anything good for a queen?" she asked, noticing a few toms already there.

  • "Hey, daddy. Can I get stuff here for free since I'm your little princess?" Heather sat next to her father's paws and rubbed against his legs as she purred softly at her father. The black kitten just loved being the daughter of two shopkeepers in the Clan, it made her feel like royalty and thus, making her a 'princess'. She either wanted to be the deputy just like her mentor, or a shopkeeper like her parents.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; font-family: georgia;]A tiny, cream tabby point kitten was padding by the Shopkeeper's shed, her face tilted toward the ground and her pawsteps measured. Sierrakit watched the ground pass below her paws. Her ears perked at the sound of cats voices, and she veered towards the shed, wanting to get a look at the shops other than the ones her parents owned. She stepped inside and let out a contented sigh, the familiar smells of the shops flooding her senses. The scent of twoleg wood, prey, little trinkets, spices, and cats mixed to make a wonderful aroma that Sierrakit simply loved, and hoped to be a part of some day. After days of watching Zerogravity and Aerialflight bustling around their shop, serving customers and making things, Sierrakit had decided she would love to have a job like that. The art they could create, the way they painted other cats with berries and careful paws, the whole thing just amazed her.

The she-kit made her way through the shops, soon coming to one that caught her attention. If she was remembering correctly, this was Skywalker's corner of the Shopkeeper's shed. She padded up to the shop, looking over the objects politely. She glanced up to see another she-kit sitting next to Skywalker, probably his daughter. Sierrakit watched her for a moment, pricking her ears at the question. "Hey, daddy. Can I get stuff here for free since I'm your little princess?" The kitten shuddered slightly. Thus far, she wasn't really taking a liking to Skywalker's daughter. "Could you help me?" She asked, looking up at the Shopkeeper with big gray eyes. "I'm looking for a bit of clothe...maybe red or orange, and a piece of that jewelry the Twolegs make. Also red or orange, maybe some yellow. Would I have to trade much for that?" She bit her lip worriedly, tail flicking back and forth in an anxious way. She had never asked a Shopkeeper if she could buy something, and she didn't have much experience with cost. She wasn't even sure if kits could purchase things from the shops.

  • Oh my, so many customers! The brown tabby cast his glance around the cats and gave a light smile. His gaze landed on his daughter, and his stomach did a twist. Sure, he loved all of his children, but it was hard because most of them were product of his stupid catnip addiction. Luckily, it was no more. "Sorry, but just because you're my daughter doesn't mean you can have free things. Maybe if you go find me something really interesting, I'll trade you something," he mewed, his voice rather firm.

Then, his gaze paused on Croppaw, who looked like she was expecting kits. "I have some cloth you can line your nest with," he mewed and flicked his tail to a blanket (in twoleg terms) that was soft and fluffy.

His gaze passed over to Sierrakit. "For the cloth no, but if it's jewelry it's a bit harder to find and requires a bit more," he mewed. Those big amber eyes searched the rows of junk until he came upon a shiny ring. "Something like this?"

  • The tom at the edge chuckled as soon as he heard the word "jewelry", teasing the fur on his shoulder with his claw.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; font-family: georgia;]Sierrakit flicked her ear, worried she may not be able to pay for what she wanted. She nodded about the clothe, than after a quick glance at the loop of silver, shook her head. "No. It's something like that, but bigger, and it's got those colorful stones attached to some string." Her gaze traced the valuable objects, wondering if the thing she wanted was even here. If it wasn't, that was okay. She could always look at the other shops.

    ooc;
She's looking for a bracelet or necklace. :3

  • Croppaw felt it with her pawpads and she sighed at its softness and warmth. "I'll take it. How much?" she asked, tugging it off with her teeth and sitting down, waiting for an price.

a chocolate and white apprentice hurried to the shop, hearing that it was open. "i was hoping you could help me?" wonderpaw looked at all the neatly arranged trinkets that the shopkeeper had, jaw dropping in awe at all the colorful things that were for sale. "i was looking for... a scarf, i think you call it? you know, with leafbare approaching and all... i want to stay warm! plus they are so comfy." wonderpaw smiled and sat down, wrapping her fluffy tail neatly around her white paws.[/fancypost]

  • Skywalker looked at Sierrakit and smiled, then dug around in his pile of shiny jewelry and pulled out one much larger golden piece that had diamonds all over it. "This?" he asked, and then turned to Croppaw. "You can have it for a scrap of metal. I've been running out of that lately. They aren't hard to find, if you go searching nearby twoleg nests, you'll probably come across one."

Finally, his amber gaze came across Wonderpaw, and he smiled at the apprentice. "A scarf. Ah, I just picked up about three of those yesterday," he mewed, and picked out three brightly colored scarves, all different from the other. "Which do you like?"

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; font-family: georgia;]Sierrakit eyed the hoop of shiny gems carefully, picturing how it would look. After a moment of hesitation, she nodded her approval. "Yes, that should do." She mewed, then, her paw deftly scooping into the pile of things for sale, she pulled out a small, ragged but clean piece of white clothe. "And this," She said, holding it in her jaws to show Skywalker. Her expression became slightly worried, and she put the clothe on the ground. "What do you want in return for it?"

"i'll have... the blue one." wonderpaw sighed with happiness. yes, the blue one. that would look lovely![/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px]The gangly white figure of Neeva stumbled it's way over to the small stall belonging to Skywalker. Her deep hazel and green eyes spread over the collection of things as she glanced around. As per normal the look in her eyes was a miserable and depressed one, permanently fixed in place by the constant bullying she received. "Have you got any warm things?" she mumbled shyly to the shopkeeper.

  • polkakit, a little chocolate bengal, curiously scoured the shop, not really seeing anything but sniffing and feeling. she had two either two water voles or hipster shades for trading. she stopped infront of skywalker, whatcha got for two watervoles, i'm looking in for a costume, perferably a cape.

    THOR -------

The son of the deputy pricked his ears curiously, another shop? Being his second visit, the tomkit wanted something to trade yet swooping his green eyes around, he realised he had nothing to trade. The muscular red tabby bounded forwards, youthful eyes wide. Noticing Sierrakit, he winked knowingly at her. He knew she would probably be around her, even he knew that the she-cat liked the shops and arts. Though it didn't interest him, the tabby much preferred fighting and more active things.

"What can I get for this twig?" He quickly shot his paw at to curl it around a small, thin twig.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border:hidden; text-align:justify; font-size:8pt; border-left:2px solid white;]Smiling around the piece of white cloth, Sierrakit dipped her head to Thor. She was starting to see him around more often than she had expected. For the most part, meeting up with other cats was a one-time thing, but there were a few who she saw more frequently. Seeing as Skywalker seemed busy, she put the cloth and beads down at the Shopkeeper's feet, the said, "I need to get something to trade...I'll be back in a second." The petite kitten raced across camp to the nursery, her paws carrying her to the back corner. She ducked beneath a small pile of crates and moss, where she had her mini-den, as she called it. It was where she went to be alone, and work on little trinkets. Her eyes sparkled with delight when they fell upon two leaves at the back. She had gotten them while helping Lovelace to paint a few cats. One had blue and white streaks, while the other was full of multi-colored pawprints, ranging from green to red to purple. Carefully, she picked up the two leaves in her jaws, then raced back outside. "Here," She mewed breathlessly, laying the spotted one at Thor's feet. "You won't get much with that stick of yours." Sierrakit grinned, flicking her tail at the stick Thor held in his paw.

She then returned to Skywalker, holding out the leaf to him, the one with blue and white streaks. "Will that be enough for the cloth and the beads?" She asked, her eyes sparkling hopefully.

  • Skywalked smiled at Sierrakit as she ran off and turned to Wonderpaw. "Great. Anything you got in exchange?" he mewed, before turning his amber gaze over at Neeva. "Warm things..." he repeated and then fished around at his set-up for cloth, scarves, blankets, gloves, etc. He showed them to the she-cat. "Will any of these do?" He turned afterwards to Polkakit. "A cape, uhm..." he pulled out a red cloth, "Will this be okay?" he asked the young cat. Finally, he turned to Thor, feeling tired after running his shop today. "A twig? I've needed a few of those lately. In exchange you could get a small portion of cloth, broken glass, or colored rocks."
