    Blackkit bounced around happily. The warriors who took care of him since his mother died promised that any day now he would be made into an apprentice. He had only one friend, Snowkit. At least he considered her a friend, though lately they hadn't been hanging out. He wasn't like other kits, he didn't play games or misbehave. Sometimes queens worried about him, and blamed his peculiar behavior on the death of his mother, and having no father. But soon it would all change! He would get new friends in the apprentice den and become the best warrior ever! He was going to train hard, and he also aimed to become leader, though he knew it would be hard, didn't every kit want to become leader like him? But soon, in a few days he would become an apprentice, his first step to the goal that seemed bigger then him. Though no one knew of his ambition to become leader.

    Ic cometkit just got made into an apprentice. She was exited. She wanted to be the best warrior.

    One of the kits Blackkit spoke to on rare occasions just became an apprentice, maybe she would teach him a few things before his ceremony so he would be ready. He would beg if he had to, being an apprentice was all he wanted for now.

    "Hi" He meowed, his own voice sounding weird to him, for he didn't use it a lot. "When you start training can you teach me some moves?" He asked her.

    She raced back into the hollow eager to tell him what her mentor said.His apprentice ceremony was today.
    "Blackkit guess what your apprentice ceremony is today ill teach you what I learner"and she taught him until the ceremony."Its time!"she said excitedly.
