she saw poison and wanted to gag.

Windheart barfed up all of the poison since it was only a little vole. She once again lolled out her tongue in great disgust, "This is disgusting.." she complained..

Spottedclaws breath slowed from the twoleg thing in him.

Pawkit, who hadn't been paying attention, saw the sick and said, "What's that?" He bent down to see what it was, stuck his tongue out to lick it but the smell wafted into his nostrils before he could and he realised what it was.
"Gross! I was gonna lick that!" He cried, shuddering. "Bad two-legs, making cats puke up!" Pawkit shook his head in disgust, as he had seen his brother do so many times before.

Honeysuckle saw her help didn't need and go hunting.

"here have some cat nip."she said handing it to her.

Windheart weakly chuckled at Pawkit and licked at the cat nip then just ate it, "D-Don't eat my barf you silly l-little one.." she mewed very weakly and nipped off some of the moss she was on and covered her nasty smelling poisoned barf, "T-This m-might help with the smell and easier t-to take out.." she purred..

Dovepaw and her sister, Moonpaw, padded in carrying their father's body into the clearing. He had been killed in the fight, and their mother was still fighting.

Tears streamed down her face as she looked at Darkfeather her beloved father, and as she worried that her mother would die too. Firepaw had refused to stay in camp, wanting to fight. She worried for him, as well.

She felt as if her whole family might die. She put Darkfeather's body down and lay next to it, Moonpaw right by her side.

"Huh, don't worry!" Pawkit shook his head again. "Hy, it doesen't smell alot now! I know! Maybe Fireheart can help!" He looked eagerly at Midnight. "May I go get him?"

"sure!"she said looking forward to seeing him again.

"Yay!" Pawkit ran off, tripping over a blatantly obvious log that was easy to see, somehow he didnt, and skidded head-over-heals into the cave that fireheart was staying in. "woah, slow down there!" Fireheart laughed, picking the runt up and setting him down. "whats the rush?"
"windfur was poisoned by twolegs and she sicked up and i nearly eated it but i didnt and i asked midnight if you should come and she said yes so i ran off but i didnt see the log so i tripped over it then i fell on the way in here then you said woah slow down there and hepled me up and asked why i was rushing so i said--"
"alright, i got it from there. Show me the way, and try not to fall into any ditches on the way, please!"
"yes sir!" Pawkit puffed his chest out imitating a warrior and marched out while fireheart laughed and followed.

"fireheart!i haven't seen you in forever!"she said running up to him and licking his cheek.

Skypaw saw Dovepaw and padded over to her couriously. He saw the dead body and gasped. He galnced at her.

Pawkit watched. "ewww romance is for kittypets!" he said in disgust.
"i know!" Fireheart said, ignoring this comment. "I cant believe it!"

"why did you leave?"she asked still licking his cheek.

"I... I just had to." Fireheart replied, licking her back. Pawkit shuddered and wandered off, tired of all the licking and stuff. "still as beautiful as ever..." fireheart murmered quietly.

"oh and your step kits are being mean to pawkit."she said as she stopped licking him.

Fireheart cleared his throat awkwardly realising what he had just said.
Pawkit, who was not to far away, heard Midnight tell Fireheart and ran up, laughing nervously. "no, no, thats just an act they do, good arent they?" he said in a rush. Fireheart laughed and went off to find redleaf again. Pawkit turned to Midnight, clearly frightened. "no! You cant tell him or else he'll tell them off and theyll know i told and be even worse! Its a good job Firehearts nearly as gullable as me or else hed have never fallen for that," he added.

"OK."she said fallowing fireheart.
