    Eclipsestar nodded, walking up next to the injured cat as they neared the water. Shadedmoon stayed close behind, making sure the cat didn't slip under. so who's the leader now? You or Coppercloud? she asked Eclipsestar purring a little with amusement. Eclipsestar rolled her eyes and said, just because he had a good idea doesn't make him leader, it just reasures the idea that I chose a good deputy.


    Ooc: in my recap I forgot to mention I made a back up med. Cat named Shadedmoon. She's mute, but she can comunicate mentally with Eclipsestar and Neptunesky. (The new med. Cat)

    OOC: *salute* Thank you for the information!


    IC: Coppercloud looked at Eclipsestar with green eyes flashing in the night(?). "We're getting to the deeper part now, she might slip." he meowed. "Be extra cautious."

    Ooc: your welcome!


    Ic: eclipsestar nodded. As she stepped off into the deeper part of the river, she kept close to the injured cat and made shure she didn't loose her footing. The cold of the water made her shivver, and it being late at night didn't help at all. Every inch of her body ached for her nest back at the camp, but there was nothing left of it now. She trudged on, knowing she needed to be strong for her clan.


    Shadedmoon swam along behind the three. She kept a close eye on the cat in the middle...

    Neptunesky raced into the shallows, hoping her thick fur wouldn't weigh her down, and began to shift sand to make so they got to the shallows faster.

    Eventually the quartet reached the shallows, Mintfang was safe and didn't slip once. He nodded a greeting to Neptunesky in such a friendly manner it was as if the fire or any other tragic events ever happened but the moment he touched ground he couldn't help but flop down in exhaustion.

    I pull Mintcloud out the rest of the way, nodding back, and begin to treat her wounds. After than I move over to Coppercloud.

    Eclipsestar stayed awake, whatching the fire burn on the other bank. The wind had died down, so right now the fire would stay on the other bank. Eclipsestar knew she should move the clan away from tne river, but right now they needed to rest. Shadedmoon padded up next to her. this isn't over yet. It's only going to get worse. she said. "Are you. Sure?" yes. Starclan has shown me. They mourn our suffering, but they cannot help us, as you know. eclipsestar nodded,b and looked to the sky that was hidden by smoke. "How many cats were injured? Do you think we could cross the gourge?" we should manage. Do you really think the fire is going to jump the river? "yes. The break. In the wind is just that, a break." As if to emphisize her words, the wind started to pick up again. Eclipsestar glanced across the river as the wind began to fan the dying fire back to life. "Time to go." Eclipdestar stood up to gather the cats when she noticed something. "It's snowing..." she stared at the sky, hoping the weather would douse the flames...

    ooc: sorry i haven't been on lately. I've been...busy with other stuff. I don't mind if Eclipsestar role-plays my character. Anyway, recap please?

    Eclipsestar thinks the fire is going to cross the river and is thinking we might be able to cross the gorge.))



    Neptunesky Helped all the injured cats up. Letting Mintfang lean on one shoulder and Swiftheart on the other.

    Peripaw looked around for her mentor desperately. (We never got a mentor for her. Can we find one?)

    Jupiterkit stood up and stared at the fire.

    Let's just say they have gone in the opposite direction. A d need to find a way to the river.))


    Mintfawns nose and throat burned. She had her leg lifted off the ground as she looked at coppercloud, "what do we do?" She asked.

    Swiftheart was slowly getting her strength back, but not fast enough. She said,'' Mintfang, i'm wondering the same thing. Eclipsestar, where are we going?"

    Ooc: um.... she's a normal apprentice, right? If so, I'll look at the sign up page and get her a mentor.


    And if your ok with it, I'll rp cats that are needed that aren't on if they don't come on for a while. If you don't want me to, let me know.


    Ic: eclipsestar tried to hide her worry when she replied, "we're going to have to cross the gorge." She said simply. The gorge was a narrow canyon cut by a large creek that funneled into the main river. The creek had once been the main river, but flooding upriver from the gorge had changed the flow of the river. Now, it was extreamly hard to navigate the gorge, but she knew it was the only way to avoid the fire. She had to hope that before the fire jumped the river the snow would become heavy enough to put it out, but she doubted it would. "Come on, we better get moving." She motioned with her tail in the direction of the gorge, then turned to Shadedmoon. Could you, neptunesky, and coppercloud make sure that the injured cats and Rowanoak keep up with the group?" Shadedmoon nodded, then went to look for Neptunesky and Coppercloud.


    Rowanoak stood warily, trying to stay close to the middle of the group. She could keep with her clan by following there sents, but she'd much rather have someone guide her, just in case.

    Ok!)) Peripaw sat by her mentor.

    Neptunesky was checking over all the other cats.

    Shadedmoon noticed Jupiterkit and walked up to the kit. She gently nudged him(her?) towards the rest of the cats, then motioned with her tail to follow. This is where things as a mute got hard.....


    Eclipsestar slowly led her cats towards the gorge. She knew navigating it would be hard, and she was worried for the younger cats and the injured cats. Shadedmoon, could you watch Jupiterkit? there's no one to make sure he/she get down the canyon.


    Yes Eclipsestar. Neptunesky can take care of the injured. Neptunesky replied.
