  • Clementine smiled again, glad to be out exploring with Rushingstorm by her side. They hadn't had a chance to talk much since returning to the Tribe - picking up where they had left off caused them to fall two steps behind everyone else, and catching up was never easy.

"Oh, it's so... quaint. Very peaceful, in a nature-istic sorta way." Clementine said, padding up towards the pond to stick her paw in.

  • Rushingstorm followed her to the pond. "It is, I wish our camp would've been nearer to it but at least it's on the territory," he meowed. That is if we don't get run out again, he thought. It seemed to be the tread lately.

  • "I suppose the walk will make the sight of it all that more enjoyable then." Clementine giggled, turning away from the pond and towards Rushingstorm. "Rushingstorm... I've gotta question." The tortie pressed her muzzle into her friend's pelt. "Do you think I'd be a good mother?" The words were muffled and hard to hear, but audible.

  • Rushingstorm smiled he hadn't thought of that. It was far enough out of the way to stay away from the hustle of camp, and it was enjoyable. "Definitely, you'd make a wonderful mother," he meowed, "I could think of no one who would make a kinder and gentle mother." He kept his voice down though to match Clementine. If she had said the question quiet she might not want a loud answer.

  • Clementine lifted her muzzle away from Rushingstorm to speak, this time more undertandibly. "I just don't ever want to turn into one of those mean queens that hang around the nursery sometimes..." The tortie shivered at the thought.

  • Clementine giggled, reassured by Rushingstorm's kind words. "Thanks." She murmured, licking his shoulder. "I feel a lot better about the thought now..."

  • Rushingstorm purred and licked her in return. "So do you think your apprentice will be back soon?" he asked. Once her apprentice was back she'd be spending time training him. Then he couldn't spend as much time with her unless she didn't mind him hanging around while she trained.

  • Clementine laughed in a cold way. "To be honest, no." She said with a frustrated sigh. "Ihope so, but with his training... there's absolutely no way." The tortie shrugged, trying to act like she didn't care. Inside though, Clementine was really worried about where Occoquan was.

  • "Hm, well he's lucky to have you as a mentor if he does return," Rushingstorm meowed. He thought she seemed not exactly as uncaring as she sounded. He wasn't sure though, it was hard to tell.

  • Clementine nodded her thanks to Rushingstorm. "You should ask Elixor if he'll give you an apprentice - I'm sure there's a bunch of apprentices running around mentorless. And then we could train them together!" The tortie smiled brightly at the thought.

  • Rushingstorm nodded. "That's a good idea," he meowed. It would let him spend more time with Clementine too and he wouldn't get in the way of her trying to train her apprentice. "Do you want to come with me? I think I will do that and ask for one," he meowed.

  • "I'd love to come with!" Clementine purred, rising to her paws. "It'll be awesome." She smiled again and looked towards the direction of camp, obviously ready to go.

  • Clementine shrugged, falling into step beside Rushingstorm. "Not sure. If they're back from the battle, I'd assume so."

  • ooc; Hallo. :)

Elixor was by the prey-pile, choosing a mouse to take to his den and devour. Spotting Rushingstorm and Clementine, he let out a mrrow of greeting.

  • Clementine nudged Rushingstorm and angled her ears towards Elixor. "There he is," She said, encouraging him forward. "C'mon!" The tortie began to pad towards the large serval, hoping Rushingstorm would follow suit.
