  • Shane shook his head in morbid amusement. Run...like you always run from everything. He turned the nearest corner, wrapping his arms around his body, as if that might hold his being together. He had no clue where he was going but it didn't even matter to him.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]After a few minutes of walking, Riley had found herself in an alley. Cussing under her breath she walked back to the public streets with a sigh that let her vreatj how in the cold climate.

Meanwhile, Shane didnt know it, but a few ninja were jumping across buildings and staying well hidden as they planned to capture him.

    [sorry for low muse post]

  • (it's fine...my muse has been low too)

Shane sighed and continued to walk aimlessly until he realized he didn't know what the heck he was doing. He should've went back with Riley just so he could get home. "But no I had to act like a brat." He sighed shakily and ran his fingers through his hair. He found a bench to sit at and looked around to see he was pretty much alone.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]The ninja jumped down and threw Shane over their shoulder, quickly hopping back up to the roof they were hiding on and set him down. The person removed their mask and was found to look insanely similar to Riley--but guy version. From behind Shane, a person had attempted to cover his mouth with a white cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol.

  • Shane tried to get free, but couldn't. He cursed foully and looked at the unmasked male. For a second, everything froze. "What the... Who are-" His words were cut short as his mouth was covered and nothing more than a muffle whispered escaped. He tried to scream for Riley, but he couldn't move his lips. He felt as if his conscious was slowly fading away.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]Shane was taken to a dark place, and there were four hooded men and a woman waiting for him to wake up.

  • Shane turned his head slightly and groaned. He had a headache like no other, and wanted to keep his eyes closed. All the memories started coming back and his eyes flicked open.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]One of the men had stood up and had a knife up to Shane's neck. His eyes were red, beading down on Shane. "Have you seen her power?" Was all he spoke, not moving an inch.

  • Shane looked at the man, "What's going on? I'll answer your question if you answer mine. I...I haven't seen her power, no idea what you mean actually." He wouldn't give anything away, nothing at all.

[I'll be active again, haven't abandoned this post!]

  • [align=center][font=georgia][whooooa this post is old !]

The man backed up as he removed the knife, but didn't leave the room. The same boy who had looked like Riley walked in, and turned to face Shane as he shooed the last man out. "I can see you are not aware of what she is capable of." He started, and sat down in the chair across from Shane.

  • [Aha I know right]

Shane rubbed his neck and glared down at the ground. "Well what exactly is he capable then?" He chanced a glance at the guy and added, "Are you her brother or something?"

  • The boy nodded. "My name is James, I am Riley's brother." He said, crossing his arms. James thought for a moment, watching Shane. So he hasn't seen her power or chakra yet. He thought with a smirk. I should use his small knowledge as an advantage... And then James spoke. "I am trying to get Riley back to me, but she is being... stubborn. I was wondering if you wanted to help me."

  • Shane raised an eyebrow at James suspiciously. "There has to be a reason she's staying away from you. AH, and also considering the way you people dragged me here, I see no reason that I should be helping you."

  • [align=center][font=georgia]James scoffed, crossing his arms. "She just doesn't know I'm still alive. Surely, she told you about her family, yes?" He asked.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]James nodded. "She thinks I am dead, so she doesn't trust my seekers. The seekers are the ones who brought you here." He told Shane. "We were hoping that you would coax her to come to us,"
