"All I am hunting is you!" he snarled playfully. His eyes flashed with mischief and he circled her. Fang smiled wryly and then leaped at her.

Fang smiled and rolled his eyes. He marched towards her but paused. A wonderful sent drifted into his nose... oh no! he thought. Hunters! Fang found Fury and grabbed her tail. He dragged her behind a bush and crouched protectively above her. "Hunters!" he whispered. "Stay close!"

Fury looked confused but obeyed and lay pressed against him, her ears alert fo rany noise.

A snap came from across the land and Fang pressed down closer. A tall man wearing a hat came out with a hunting gun. Fangs lips became a snarl and he growled, pressing closer to Fury. "When I go out to distract them, you run, okay?"

Fury gave him a stern look, "Im not leaveing you." She looked back at the hunter and bristled slightly. She pressed against Fang and he could feel her shaking a bit in fear.

ic: Fang gave her a hard stare, but couldn't control his fear. "1...2..." a lump rose in his throat and he buried his nose into Fury's fur. "3!" Fang leaped out of the bushes with a snarl and the man in the hat cried out. A bloodhound dashed out of the trees, howling. Fang snarled and abruptly leaped to the side. He dashed off, looking back to see the man and dog chasing after him. "Run, Fury!" Fang howled out with fear edging his voice. Do it for her, do it for her, do it for her! Come on,Fang, run! his mind screamed at him.
