75th Hunger Games (Jump in! Starts before going into the arena)

    After grabbing it, she ducked into cover, hugging her goods close, she realized she was shaking. She risked a look back and winced, seeing blood had already dyed part of the water. Someone had noticed her and shot two knifes at her, she ducked and they hit a tree, but the movement had made the jacket clink as if it had stuff in it. She'd check it out later, she grabbed the knifes and ran.

    A young looking boy with brown hair was frozen on his pedestal. He looked to be around 12 and was frightened,he was good at surviving but.. This was he hunger games.. You die by bloodthirsty careers. Or starvation.. The sound of a knife whipping past his forehead made him finally run, forgetting everything he needed. He looked behind him before tripping. He looks up to see a large tribute with a sword raised over his head. The boy stumbled back scared for his life.

    Iris grabbed the bow and arrows she had her eyes on and the backpack, nearly dropping them as she ran. She dashed toward the woods, feeling an arrow pass at the side of her head. Terrified, she looked back and noticed Somebody else had picked up a bow and arrow too. And was trying to kill her.
    Why couldn't it have been someone else? She thought. Someone else who was reaped instead of me?
    Reaching the forest, she tried desperately to catch her breath and began to climb up a tree.

    Mae closes her eyes and the horn blows. She races down the cornucopia. She is there almost first. She grabs a miniature bow and arrows, and a pack. Mae takes off.

    Zora paused under the tall trees with moss that formed a wall. She caught her breath and continued at a jog. Gosh, the clinking of her jacket did not help much, but it would help at night. I hate my luck.. she sighed silently then looked around frantically.

    The sword swung down. The boy rolled away but it had made a long gash in his right leg. He screamed in pain. He quickly managed to crawl into the forest. He got up and began to limp run away. He shook in fear as he slowed down, he was underneath Iris, he looked around scared as he made his way to the trunk and sat. He pulled up his pants looking at the gash. Tears fell frm his eyes as he tried not to cry or scream..they'd surely hear him

    Can the forest be FULL of nightlock and poison mushrooms?


    And tracker jackers?

    Zora heard a cry of a younger contestant and winced. "Stupid Capitol" she muttered under her breath.


    (Hmm, I don't know, it didn't really mention that stuff in catching fire, but as you know Tick Tock, is pretty bad.

    Ooc: I personally don't know much about the catching fire book.. I was tempted to read it but I never came around to it.. I need to read it.. So what exactly is "Tick Tock" in the menacing words you say them in?


    Ic: Ben leaned back

    The arena is a giant clock.


    With deadly sections in every place on every hour:


    Blood rain, mutt monkeys, etc etc.

    (^_^ Ahh, well, this is going to be a big post. In basis, the whole arena is like a clock, slip into 12 sections, every hour, lightning hits a large tree in the center of the arena and new horrors unfold depending on the time. (Zoom to read -- http://www.myhungergames.com/w…1/Catching-Fire-Arena.jpg ) Tic Tock came from a person named Wireress, she's smart, but she speaks in somewhat of riddles she was saying tick tock for a while (Katniss was her alley) and then she realized it half way through)

    (Yes, the water is salt water and you need a spindle to get the only resource of water, from the trees. )

    Zora scampered up a tree to sort out her supply's. She was, quite pleased. From the first bag came Crackers, dried beef strips, a knife, partially serrated, a odd kind of funnel, a sleeping bag and a 2 gallon water bottle. "Not bad" she breathed. She repacked the contents and put it on her shoulder. Taking the other bag she saw the same contents. She checked out the clanking jacked and nearly dropped it when she saw 5 rows of 5 knifes in the inner pockets. She couldn't believe her luck, knifes were her specialty.

    Ben looked in the distance, seeing Zora. He looked around scared, he quickly crawled behind the tree, dragging his legs to his chest, trying to not be seen.

    Iris gasped as her foot slipped on one of the thin branches of the huge oak. Grasping her backpack more tightly, she continued to climb up, placing her feet gingerly on the biggest branches.
