They're a bright green, a rather electric color. Hence, neon. And tetra? Well, a neon tetra is a blue fish with a green stripe... so, it's quite fitting, really.     Neon, oh Neon. Usually speaking the first thing that comes to mind, Neon may be seen as somewhat rude, though really, it's just speaking the truth. Never lying, never hiding opinions, never caring what others will think.
    As well Neon loves to take risks. Always hunting for adventure, often getting into serous trouble - though often it's only minor. The thing is, too, is that Neon will never learn. No matter what, you can't keep this cat from doing what her heart desires, be it swimming to the bottom of a river or scaling the tallest tree, crossing the border or toying with hearts, you can't stop this bold kitty; any chance that arrives will be taken.

    And yes, Neonpaw's a girl: I noticed that in no place of that application does it specify her gender, but Neonpaw is a girl c:


    If you have a cat that's really strict and/or not very fond of energetic bubbly apprentices, that would be some fun training x3
