"What's wrong?" Troy asked gently, reaching to pull her out.

She whimpered and backed away, just out of reach.

He moved to the other side and grabbed her, pulling her out from under the bed.

She shifted and cried, trying to go back under the bed.

He carried her back downstairs after he shut all the doors.

She kept crying, trying to get down.

He put her down next to Mabel

She laid on her stomach, facing away from Mabel, not thinking Mabel liked her to much, she sniffled as a few tears still fell down her cheeks

"Sissy. pway." Mabel said, offering her a toy.

She carefully took the toy with a tiny hand and giggled, playing with it happily

Mabel bounced a stuffed animal on her knee

She clung to Mabel and let out a tiny yawn

Mabel whimpered, uncomfortable with her being grasped

She let go and crawled under a chair and hid there.
