    OOC: LOL You need to wait until we are done our little meeting and figured out what to do with you xD,


    PaganStar nodded as he heard what the cats had to say. He sighed "What do you think needs to be done..I have things in mind but.." He trailed off
    Blackshadow glanced at him steadily. "An ambush. We ambush them with some of our finest Warriors, and take back sedgepaw, and our land. Bet's are they'll have a army there too."
    "Paganstar sighed again, and you Cometpelt, any ideas?"

    Shadowpaw walks back into the forest. He then walks around with blood matted fur. He comes back a in a few hours with his fresh kill.

    pinepaw came over to her. "You know if they steal you our clans will have to go to war right?"
    she nodded. she knew. "we might have to fight eachother. All that training together..."

    "I would like to resolve this without violence and without giving up our land if possible" he said. Though a strong warrior he wasn't fond of fighting without very strong reason. "I will fight if it is your deisicion though" the large warrior said solemly.

    the leader nodded. "I think you should decide what to do."

    Paganstar nodded. "I agree with you Cometpelt." Blackshadow turned to him. "I'll admit you're right..But how can we get her back without losing territory?" Blackshadow looked concerned. He came off as such a tough, fighting oriented cat, but really he just wanted what was best for his clan. In fact, he hated injuring cats.
    PaganStar thought for a minute. "I see no other way at the moment. For now my decision is to go with Blackshadows idea. Cometpelt, what do you say? Unless you can think of a different way, I'll want you leading one of the patrols." he finished.

    "I agree as of now that we go with Blackshadow's plan." he meowed. "But I believe we could attack quickly and retrieve Sedgepaw without injuring too many cats in the proscess" he meowed. "I will lead one of the patrols if that is what you wish"

    the riverclan patrol rushed into their camp. "They didnt show at the border. i bet their planning an ambush!" Reedstar set up a tight circle of warriors around sedgepaw and elders whispered to eachother. two lines of apprentices sat at the camp entrance and four warriors sat at the dirt place tunnel. (I say that cuz in the books cats sneak OUT through the dirt place tunnel so cats can sneak in through it)

    OOC: not quite dawn yet xD, It's right after this though, so don't worry!! ;),


    "Yes" Paganstar nodded. I will leave you and Blackshadow in charge of the charade. Blackshadow, explain to me.
    "I was thinking that I would lead a patrol from one side of the border, and Cometpelt the otherside. We would hide close enough, but not too close. FrostFire could lead a patrol to receive Sedgepaw at the border. One of her warriors will fake stepping on a thorn and yowl. That will be the cue to come in swiftly attack and retrieve Sedgepaw. We'll do what we must, and that is all."
    'Very well" he nodded.
    The cats padded out of the den. A quick clan meeting was called and all was explained. The patrols organized. With FrostFire, Blackshadow and Cometpelt leading them.
    Blackshadow sighed. It had been a long day. And tomorrow he was leading cats into battle. He went to his nest and curled up. He wished Lynxpaw and Cometpelt goodnight.
    Lynxpaw curlep up in her nest. Tomorrow there would be fighting. She was responsible along with Shadowpaw to fetch the injured and help them back to camp. She was nervous. "Goodnight Shadowpaw" She murmured. And slowly fell asleep.

    ooc: Cajunun i had that same avatar lol EXCACT same. its name was violetpaw for her violet eyes lol

    OOC: Lool thats cool :), Lynxpaw has violet eyes ;) and is a lynx breed so..you know ;) okay it's dawn! xD


    Blackshadow paced the ground. His patrol was ready, Frostfires was making their way to the border as they spoke, and Cometpelts was now ready. They began padding to opposite sides of the territory, battle ready.
    LynxPaw and Shadowpaw woke up. Lynxpaw licked Shadowpaws ear. He looked sad. She went over to the medicine cat's den, and began helping with herbs. Soon it would be time.

    (im switching this to dawn. when they wake up and prepare the attack is when this happened.)

    OOC: Why is he setting up warriors for camp? The ambush was supposed to be at the border. FrostFire's patrol would meet the patrol with Sedgepaw. And then the one would pretend to step on a thorn, yowling, signaling the other cats patrols to come and attack and retrieve sedgepaw. xD Are we changing it?

    ooc: um the border patrol wasnt going to bring sedgepaw XD they were just going to ask for the answer lol

    OOC: oh okay. xD LOL Let's pretend our patrols are on the opposite sides of their camp, and FrostFires is just entering it. (Decoy) >:)


    Blackshadow watched through the bushes, as Reedstar set up defeneses. Battle strategys raced thorugh his mind. His amber eyes glowing.
