  • Harmonypaw let out a bitter laugh. She had changed a lot huh? Never before would she be so harsh to another cat, let alone her own clan mate. Had her heart break been that bad? Was this why some she-cats got so sad when their crush turned them down or moved on? Harmonypaw use to think those she-cats were silly but now that she was in their paws she understood. It hurt to know that she was never going to see Thrushpaw again and that he had probably moved on already.

She brushed off the comment about her mouth being full of crowfood because his words were no better than her own. Both of them were sprouting anger that the other did not know about. Then her blood went cold by his next statement. She had been pretty positive that he didn't know based on his first reaction but now she was stumped again. Was he just trying to get under her again or did he really know?

"You know what Cleverpaw why don't you just tell them? That's what you always do huh? Gossip with the rest of the clan a ruin a cat's life!" That was uncalled for and not true but at the moment that was how Harmonypaw felt. If he really did know and said something her life would be over. "Maybe you belong in another clan so you can give away all of Windclan's secrets and ruin our clan! Why don't you run to Riverclan or Thunderclan I'm sure they'd take you in a heart beat!" Honestly that would be the worst thing for Windclan but she just did not care.

  • Cleverpaw just sneered smugly. He had hit a nerve and it felt good to be on the right side of it this time. The brown tabby slashed his tail behind him as he glowered at Harmonypaw. "You know what I'm gonna do Harmonypaw. I'm gonna tell everyone and then they'll chase YOU out of Windclan. And good riddance!" He growled at her. It was almost as if the young tom was taking his anger about his mother deserting him and giving it to Harmonypaw. Sure that wasn't right and he knew it. But the words kept flying out before he could stop and think.

  • Harmonypaw shivered a little. She had no where to go but Windclan. Gravelstar hadn't kicked her out yet though and she didn't think her leader would now. She would be shunned by most of her clan mates but she seemed to be on the bad end at the moment anyway since she was being so watched. "I don't think so Cleverpaw, Gravelstar already knows and she gets the final say!" She took a step forward towards Cleverpaw, puffing back out a little. "I'm loyal to Windclan all the way, my roots being tracked back to the beginning!" It was a silly comment but not that Harmonypaw had said it she wondered about Cleverpaw's family. She knew his father but what about his mother?

  • Cleverpaw let out a snort and a short growl as Harmonypaw stepped closer and her comments. "What can Gravelstar do if the whole clan hates you?" The brown tabby apprentice smiled slowly. Obviously he had hit the jack pot. Hamoneypaw had gotten in trouble for something and Gravelstar knew all about it.

He let out another snort at her comment about her bloodline. "Your family Harmonypaw? My family is connected to Gravelstar and Plasmaflare. So I belong here, not you." That comment wasn't as loud and mean as the others. This one was just cold and hard.

  • "You would go against what you leader has already said was okay?" Her voice was slightly mocking in its tone. She could never dream of going against her leader no matter what it was. If Gravelstar had told her to leave Harmonypaw would have left. It would have crushed her and she wouldn't have known where to go but she would have.

Harmonypaw snorted. "On your dad's side maybe but what about your mom?" Harmonypaw held back the comment of her being a rogue or kitty-pet simply because she couldn't see Cleverpaw's father doing that. She may not like Cleverpaw at the moment but she respected his father and would never bad mouth him.

  • Cleverpaw just rolled his amber eyes at the silly she-cat. He started to pace back and forth, glaring at her and slashing his tail back and forth like a whip. Now all he had to do was figure out what is what exactly that she had done. "Of course I'd never go against Gravelstar. If she said to let you stay then you stay. But would you really want to stay in a clan that hates you? Every time you walked into the camp all eyes bore into you with hatred and spite?" He sneered at her. "Our maybe if you went to the clan and apologized for your behavior they might think better of you. The me going around telling everyone."

His smug posh composure halted as she spoke of his mother. Would she just drop it?! His pelt bristled ever so slightly. "I was born here in Windclan, so of course that means she was Windclan too you idiot! How else would I be born here?!" Yes he was born in Windclan, and yes, his mother was even a Windclan cat at the time, but that was before she left and went to Riverclan to become a supervisor there. His eyes narrowed as he looked at Harmonypaw like a piece of prey.

  • Harmonypaw shrugged. "I would just ignore them. Besides something bigger and juicier would just come along and I would be forgotten about." Slowly Harmonypaw's bright blue eyes narrowed. Did he really even know what she had done? He kept hinting at it but wasn't really clear. "Do you even know what I did Cleverpaw or are you just trying to seem all knowing?" Her look was smug, at this point certin that he had no idea what she had done. 'Just play it cool even if he does know!'

Ah so his mother was a Windclan cat but possible not any more by his tone. She didn't decide to push that though. Family could be really touchy and she didn't want to actually get hurt today. "I see.
    "
Was her only comment to Cleverpaw about his mother. She could ask anyone in the clan later about what had happened to her.

  • Cleverpaw just flicked his ears and glanced at Eaglepaw. "You don't care whose around?" He asked with a snort before turning his back on Harmonypaw. "You can stay out here and argue with the wind all day Harmonypaw, I'm going to bed. Some of us want to do our best at training in the morning." He said in a haughty tone before turning and padding into the dark moor towards the camp.
